They took a $22,000.00 deposit from us for some Hestan equipment. When following up on our order we told by Mike Miranda that they had merged with another company. That was a lie. They are now ghosting us regarding the $22K they promised to return.We are Kitchen Professionals, you have many emails from us which you choose to ignore or make promises that you do not keep.

I have had an ongoing service request that has yet to be resolved. A technician was sent to perform a service call relatively quickly, but informed me that parts needed to be ordered. This ticket has been opened since June and the service request is still open and not been resolved.

I live in Washington State and have a less than one year old ASKO dishwasher. Living with a broken dishwasher and after much communication over a few months, I have been told the part I need is no longer being made. This has left me with an unrepairable nearly new dishwasher. To eventually obtain this information, I had to deal with the Purcell Murray staff. I found them to be nasty, condescending and rude, incompetent liars. It must have slipped their mind that I was a paying customer with a product they were selling. I hope my path NEVER has to deal with Purcell Murray ever again. Avoid this distributor at all cost! If I could give them a zero stars I would.

This company has been spam emailing me. I had never heard of them, and I have no business with them. I don't know how they even got my email address. They have copied me on several emails to a client regarding an unpaid account.

Our Bertazzoni range has been giving us problems since the beginning. Multiple calls to the headquarters resulted in them sending terrible technicians to our home, if they even came! Sometimes no one would show up! Finally, after almost a year, they put us in touch with Purcell Murray, who sent Juan to fix our stove. Juan is definitely one of the most personable, knowledgeable appliance professional that we've ever worked with. He made us feel so much better about this purchase, and also supported us in filing for an extended warranty. After about two hours, he fixed all of the major problems. He's the kind of professional that we all deserve! Thanks Juan!

I cannot say enough good things about Juan, the technician for Purcell Murray. He is the kindest, most helpful person! Our oven and refrigerator both had some issues that needed tweaking, and he came out so PROMPTLY, sent a text when on his way, arrived with a mask, booties and a smile. Juan sets up the work area so thoughtfully, is so patient and a great communicator - listens to the problem and is so kind to explain everything. I was frustrated by the issues we were experiencing (Purcell Murray did not install, FYI) but they've been resolved - and with a promise that if there are additional issues, Juan would return to assist. Super grateful to have this support!

My refrigerator didn't work since day 1. They were nice enough to come out and fix it. Unfortunately 3 weeks later the same problem happened. It's now 9 months later. My freezer still doesn't work. And the last time someone answered me was over 40 days ago. To say that we can't help. It's a known defect and there is no fix yet. Maybe next year

We are starting to design our cabinets and the specifications of the dishwasher were a bit vague on the manufacturers website. I called to inquire about it, and not only did Judy try her best to answer my questions on the phone, she went out of her way to pull off the toe kick of the dishwasher in the showroom to take photos to send over. If thats kind of service I get as a random caller I feel confident about making my appliances purchases here in the future.

Their technician left my coffee machine leaking, not just once, but two times. They came back to finally fix the problem and it took them over 2 months to come back to reinstall the machine after the repairs were made because they were busy and the other technician they flew in from Los Angeles. I can live with that as it’s a high end machine and it requires knowledge of the machine. But when they told me to file a claim through their insurance; their insurance completely denied responsibility.I emailed ownership and management and at first they were sympathetic and told me to let the insurance handle it which makes sense then when I got denied I emailed them to make things right and low and behold - no response. My insurance did a horrible job writing up the subrogation. They did not even do a thorough investigation. No thanks to Safeco Insurance.The leak caused my floors to warp and my cabinet to warp. Their owners won’t even own up to their technician’s fault and now they have me resorting to legal action.To screw me like this is unconscionable and unbelievable! I thought I was dealing with a reputable and honest company. Even their technicians apologized and I have texts to prove it. So be careful!I never thought this company would do this to me. There are other places you can get high end appliances with better customer service like Friedmans Appliance. I wished I spent my $40k with Friedmans Appliance instead.
