This is the fifth move I have done with Puma and I can't recommend them enough! Zena is always so responsive during the booking process and the moving team is professional, efficient, friendly and very mindful the furniture/belongings being moved.

From start to finish, the entire team at Puma was amazing. Zena is so responsive and provided excellent service and coordination. Khyll and Brentley, my movers, did an AMAZING job. On-time, professional, courteous, diligent and really, really, really good at what they do. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much for making my move easy, smooth and worry free!

This was my 3rd time using Puma Moving Company and I remain consistently impressed with the crew. They arrived on time, walked the location, then got straight to work. We were moving things out of 2 locations and into a 3rd. They were systematic in maximizing their time moving furniture out and disassembling furniture. They wrapped up some that needed it as well. At the second location, I was worried everything was not going to fit into the truck, but 2 of their crew members were in a pickup truck so it managed to hold the rest of our stuff. When we got to our final location to unload, they were very good at putting things in the designated location. They assembled the furniture and was able to complete the entire move in 6 hours.Super friendly, fast, and careful. Aside from one piece of furniture that had a screw issue, the move went extremely smooth.Their prices are a bit cheaper than others, but quality is very good. I'd highly recommend.

Unethical, litigious company. They failed to show up to complete a move right before Christmas causing me to miss out on the holiday. They charged exorbitant rates for unnecessary work, and took me to Court rather than admit their mistake. They then deceived the Courts by failing to serve me and with paperwork naming the wrong party. The owner’s wife then illegally appeared and lied about events she had no knowledge of. Why would a small, local moving company have In house counsel? Why is the wife appearing in small claims Court with the in-house counsel (illegal). Put these people out of business!

Had a great experience at both times I used their services. They arrived early and finished the job early. They responded to every request. I could not have told them to do anything better than how they did it. Great service! Great price! Highly recommended!

I used Puma when I moved from the city to San Rafael. I couldn't be there on the moving date so my mom was there instead of me. The Puma crew was very efficient and helped her with everything that was left to pack. Then in the new house, they rebuilt the beds and helped her organize things. There were nice and professional and all the experiance was great. A few of my friends used them before and were really happy so I was glad to have the same experience they did.

I'd highly recommend Puma Moving. I'm the ops manager here at CCA and I've used them 2 times and have them scheduled for a 3 project. They've also worked with another department. I chose them because of their proximity to our SF campus. We completed a furniture move back in July. The driver and 2 movers were very eager and helpful to work efficiently, and handled items appropriately. They were proactive in asking questions to help complete the tasks correctly the first time. When I scheduled them again a few weeks back, 2 of the 3 guys were from the original move. With upwards of 4 locations to move items in and out of, effective communication is a priority for me. Managing scheduling and payment with Zena the office manager has been just as pleasant.
