Scammed me. Sold me $10 vape which broke within 5 puffs then wouldn’t exchange or refund, or even give me a 10 dollar credit to a more expensive vape. Kinda crazy to be selling vapes they know are broken ? Take ur business to the other stores

A fine, well stocked, old school head shop. With all the new stuff you need too. The guys who run this place are the best. Friendly. Mellow. Well worth a trip to the Haight to visit a classic.

Owner is very discriminate. I'm a wondering a Deadhead and I get most the street kids sport the garb, but I don't drink and don't care to be a part of the element and all I had to do was park in front of this place and listen to music and they threatened to call the police if I didn't move my truck. They said they're neighbors had complained too

went and bout a quartz bucket for my puffco. paid $40 for 1. saw on amazon the next day they go for 2 for $12 shipped. i understand stores need to make money etc, but these kind of mark ups make you fell ripped off. got two stars cuz the salesperson was very helpful. not gonna go back cuz i fell like if i buy anything there i can get it 70% of the price on Amazon. everytime i think of this place i think of getting ripped off, hope that extra 30 they ripped me for was worth it cuz they lost all my future business which is a hell of a lot more than $30 tey ripped me for.

The two beautiful people working there when I came in today (10/10/2020) were so sweet and very helpful. There was a great selection of quartz bangers but only one option of terp pearls. I love the layout of this shop and their huge variety.

I absolutely loved the two girls' energy when I stepped in last week. I enjoyed listening in on some witty banter as I browsed :) Very knowledgeable staff and lots of great smoking toys. I bought a few goodies but what lured me in was the cookies grinders and such. WAY BETTER PRICES than cookies and a whole lot less stuck up too. I LOOOVE Berner but his people act like they're curing aids or something. At puff puff pass, WAY MORE CHILL and overall better atmosphere. Definitely WAY MORE WELCOMING.

Current hours are 10am-7pm. Curbside. I have come here for over 10 years. Today, I had a big old glass emergency and they fixed me up. The only problem was, how was I living without the pieces they sold me before?? I explained my situation, gave a rough estimate on sizing for my bong and sold me supreme quality at a great price. Always gonna come back. I would also like to add that for the amount of stress that local businesses are under right now, the helpfulness and friendly demeanor of the entire stuff was very appreciated.

- Huge selection (massive) - Super friendly staff. They didn't follow me around or pressure me at all -- they just were there when you needed them - check out some really impressive glass work in the back
