This is a good alternative if you don't live close to a post office. Be prepared to get charged extra. I bought a postal stamp here once and got charged almost 3x the price of a normal post office. Remember to bring cash because below a certain amount they charge you for a credit card fee! They also do label printing for $1.08 per page.

Very convenient location to ship via any carrier, get mailing supplies, print passport photos, and even transfer photos from a CD to a USB stick. Always kind customer service. This is a great place to have nearby.

Does not have a scanner for QR Fedex Returns but description says they do. Horrible customer service.

I went there to print out one single page. They told me they couldn't print out from Google Drive documents (even if I had printed out this way before at the same place). They put me on a PC to open my Google Drive and send them the actual document. The PC wasn't connected to the Internet. I told the employee, she kept insisting on me sending the document?! I tried to explain to her in every possible way I knew that I cannot send her a document, because there's no internet. She said "Send it"... After I tried to connect the PC to the Safeway network and my hot spot (unsuccessfully) I told the employee again that I can't send the document, because there's no internet. Not sure she understood. Looked like she was left by herself without really knowing what to do and who to ask. I asked her again what the problem was with printing out from Google Drive when they have access and I have done it before. The answer was "My manager told me not to do it". Okay, where's your manager? "Not here, he will come back at 3pm"... The employee could have at least helped me with the internet issue on their computer, but she didn't care. I asked her why do they have the printing service advertising on the door if they basically can't print out neither from a link sent to them, nor from their work computer. She started raising her voice and telling me to talk to the manager after 3pm. I am always respectful to any employee and always keep the good tone, but it wasn't enough that they couldn't provide the service they were supposed to have, but also she was being rude to be for asking questions?! After phone calls and instructing to people how to open my laptop back home and how to find the right document and send it to me, we finally got the page as a document, not as a link... AFTER printing it out the lady said that there's a minimum of $1.50 and since I have only one page I have to pay $1.50. I would gladly pay the ridiculously overpriced service if at least the people are nice, but in this case I would rather go further away and not going back to this place ever again.

Service seems very nice at first, but way over priced.My advice is to check the prices online first.We paid approximately a 100% premium on a medium sized parcel going to Europe (8 lb). For that premium, we could have purchased the faster and guaranteed service AND still had some to spare.Also, the invoices are not itemized in detail so that you do not hold anything against them.What was agreed verbally does not match the end service provided.

$1 for a copy is pricey but I like their service. They print out return labels, put it in a plastic sleeve, and attach it to boxes for me. I nomally have to bring a box tape to attach printed labels, so I prefer going to this shop over FedEx or UPS.

Too expensive, they charge $1 per page plus tax for making a simple copy(it easily adds up), while Kinkos charge only 0.7 cents. One star only because it was convenient. But never again.

The past times I've shipped stuff it was a chill dude that worked there, but when I went last time the guy told me to tip him so he can tape the printed shipping label I had on the boxes and got frustrated while tapping the shipping label shaking his head and telling me that what I had done was "pathedic." Not only that but when I asked him for the receipt to confirm I had dropped the items off he slammed the receipt on one of the boxes for me to get it. It was by far the worst customer service I've experienced. They still ship things right at least that's how it's been all the time for me just that the attitude they had was awful.
