Have used them extensively for over 12 years. Mailing, copying, notarizing etc. Very professional and reliable. Have made my life a LOT easier now that I've moved out of state. And yes, they do sell all sorts of packaging supplies (contrary to what one reviewer claimed under 'category').

Before shipping here, be ready to deal with high prices and condescending staff. It cost $50 to ship a small package that weighed less than two pounds. The girl working that day reluctantly assembled the package for me but charged $1 for every small item that she placed inside the box that I purchased unbeknownst to me. I saw the charge when I got home on my receipt- they even charged for the small note I included with the package.I have been in four times and have only had one experience where staff was even remotely pleasant. The first time I came in, the guy behind the counter told me he would not help me close the box that I brought in that was otherwise ready to ship, telling me that I must purchase my own tape (the smallest roll cost $7). He was condescending and acted like I was stupid for not bringing my own tape... to a shipping store... I found this odd, considering it is a shipping store (!) with an abundance of tape visible behind the counter. This is the first time I have seen a shipping company deny someone a piece of tape- so weird.

This shop is amazing. If you have anything at all complicated to send, they are SO helpful! They problem solve to make it as affordable as possible, and they're always super friendly. I no longer live in the neighborhood but I go out of my way to send packages with them.

This is literally the best store I get to go to, from all stores I frequent. Every person working here has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I couldn’t believe telling myself “wow this is such an amazing place” after leaving a mail store.

Family owned - been in our neighborhood for.ev.er. I come by for the clever birthday cards, unusual wrapping papers, and of course, to mail holiday presents. I have kept a mailbox here for years in order to recieve packages when i'm at work for example. The loveliest people work here and own this shop. Shop local! come to Post and Parcel!!!
