Store is closed!!! Why do you waste your potential clients time!??
I went to the store on June 8th, there was a sign- store closed today. I arrived today, June 15th, the is a sign - store is closed on June 15th. Seriously!?

Quality product for your interior tiling needs. The staff was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that what I envisioned could manifest. We're in the final stages of making decisions on what to do, a point we couldn't have arrived at without the supporting vision of staff designer Les. Do yourself a favor and invest spending some time in the showroom, you won't regret it.

We ordered tiles with an 8 week lead time, and after 12 weeks we were told they broke during shipment, no replacement available. And when investigating the representative promised to look into it and call back which never happened.

I worked with Les who I highly recommend. Les patiently searched to find matching mosaic tiles that we had installed in our bathroom over 10 years ago. Less ensured that the overseas order was entirely accurate prior to ordering and facilitated the timely delivery for completion our repairs. The match was near perfect as you can see from the attached photo. Customer Service and communications were beyond excellent and I highly recommend Porcelanosa and Les.

This review is mostly about my sale associate Les whom I glad to find. She is my only choice for buying material since I got to know her. I found out about Porcelanosa when we were building our house. I went to the San Francisco showroom and I loved their products. However, it was pricey for my budget. I specially was looking to purchase marble for entire house almost 3000 sq feet of marble. I did not like the quality of cheap Chinese marble and I fell in love with the Persian White Polished marble tile that they had. However, I could not afford this high quality beautiful white marble. I am grateful for meeting the sales associate, Les. She was amazing, friendly and helpful. I would say she saved me 30K by letting me when she mentioned the stone is on promotion. She was always responsive to my emails. I ended up buying all of my tiles for the bathrooms and even the wall tile for the fireplace with her help. I bought a very unique Italian stone for my shower room at an incredible price. The picture of our fireplace tile ended up being used as advertising for the modern linear fireplace we built. This wall is like a master piece in our house and already received so many compliments for the tile. She has a great taste and she knows the product very well and the most important thing is she saved me at least 40K by letting me know about promotions and helping me.

Wanted to write an update to this review. Porcelanosa rights in the comments that they will reach out and help you address your issue. This is not true. This is disingenuous and completely misleading. They did reach out, and I wrote back, and I never heard from them again. They will not help you. My recommendation if you chose to go with Porcelanosa is to be very careful of the order that you place. If anything goes wrong with your order, you will not be supported. If you do receive support, they will pass on the cost to you even if the errors were on their side. My recommendation is to not do any projects with Porcelanosa, whether bathroom or kitchen. These types of projects can be complex and issues will inevitably arise, however you will not be supported at all by Porcelanosa. You are on your own to deal with any issues. In general, customer service on the Porcelanosa side is virtually non-existent, which I find incredibly strange, especially for a product that pitches itself as a luxury brand. I would personally take my projects elsewhere. Not worth the headache. There are a number of vendors now selling the same products that will provide much better customer service.

I decided to purchase super expensive Spanish-made modern cabinets because one of my friends recommended it. Never have I regretted a decision in my entire life more . I signed the contract and paid 50% of the total cost back in September 2021 and the order was supposedly sent to Spain towards the end of December of 2021 And was promised by my designer my cabinets would arrive towards the middle of march 2022. When I called the designer towards the end of February 2022, I was told that the cabinets had already arrived but that they would be on a boat until the end of June 2022 when they would be off loaded and sent to the warehouse ( later on I was Contacted by one of the managers who offered me a 50% discount if I agreed to keep the cabinets when they arrived towards the end of June 2022- so apparently the designer had lied to me and the cabinets had never arrived as she had told me). I spoke to the manager once after our original conversation but then emailed her twice and also sent an email to the showroom manager and I have yet to hear from either of them . So my advise is that if you want to pay a small fortune for kitchen cabinets and receive one of the WORST customer service experiences, purchase them from PORCELONOSA. I could not regret having bought the cabinets from this company more . In the future , I will stick with AMERICAN companies. I have been to Porcelanosa a few times before. This review is due to the above and beyond service from Les. She was amazing from the start of the project to the end. We had 2 bathrooms to remodel, of which, Les helped us choose the wall and floor tiles. It's quite scary when Les is showing you how the floors and walls will look with a sample but I went with it. We ordered the tiles, shower, and vanity from Porselanosa. Due to our failed 1st contractor and COVID, our project was stalled. So when we had our new contractor, he told me that we need 3 more wall tiles for the bathroom. Les was right on top of it and found us the tile since it was already the previous model and found us the last few tiles we needed to complete the tile. We also had delays with the shower tray and each time Les kept us in the loop. What I really appreciate about Les is that each time I reached out to her, she was always pleasant, calm, and ready to help us solve the problem. In short, I will definitely go to Les again for any remodel we will be doing in the future.

We did our house renovation this year. After researching for a while, we went to Porcelanorsa SF showroom and the design consultant Les helped us with our home renovation projects. She helped us with picking tiles, vanity set and kitchen cabinets that match our house theme. The whole process was smooth, and she was very professional and patient. We highly recommend reaching out to Les to help with your home project.

So - wild ride with Porcelanosa. The reason they don't get 5 stars is because in spite of talking in person with sales people at both San Jose and San Francisco - my partner and myself had emails and phone calls not returned. Just blatantly not returned, it felt wild. They almost lost my business in general.However, I feel incredibly fortunate that I was finally connected with Les Ikitseng. She really saved the day. She was incredible, responsive, and 100% the only reason I would work with them. If you like their product, and want a strong, knowledgeable associate - track her down!

We needed extra tiles quickly or else our project would be delayed. Orlando came to our rescue and impressed us with his professionalism and genuine caring nature. He was always prepared when we visited the show room and gave great suggestions. I would highly recommend anyone needing tiles to work with Orlando.

Orlando helped us choose all our materials for the bathroom remodel. He was super thoughtful and always available for brainstorming the best choices and to help us with the orders.
