Just paid $22 for a broken mirror. My daughter tripped on her shoe and they said they weren't the store manager. I prefer the cute gift store across the street.

LOVE the selection of quality, unique, and awesome SF items, and their customer service in helping me put together and ship a gift bag was superb.

I go here frequently for gifts and to pick up things for my own apartment- this is my favorite local boutique/ home goods/ gift store with the cutest selection of things. The store owners are very friendly and always do a great job wrapping gifts. Highly recommend stopping in!

Went into the store looking for a picture frame for my sweetest mom and the two ladies working there on 8/8/23 (approximately 3 pm) were super helpful & adorable! This store has been around for a while & I'm very happy that they've extended their store into the next building. Seems to have a lot of super cute stuff!

Would have bought something if the employee wasn't following me around the whole store acting like I was going to steal something. Not the first time this has happened to me since shopping there but finally had enough because it's so uncomfortable - just lost a loyal customer.

the stuff here is TOO cute! definitely boutique pricing but I loved everything. It felt like they put a lot of love into this place in curating and displaying. They have premade gift boxes that would be perfect for the holidays.

Unique and thoughtful gifts and home decor. The owner is very sweet and welcoming. The quality of the gifts and decor match the price. If you want special and high quality purchases, come here. We bought marble coasters and two framed art peaces. All are statement pieces.

I don't know why I even check out other stores for gifts. I always end up at Picnic! They have a great selection of gifts especially for someone you think that you don't know what to get them...until you go here! I usually go here when I have someone difficult to shop for. Oh and they also help me gift wrap (see pic)! The staff is super friendly and helpful. On today's visit, I was struggling to think of a last minute birthday gift for my friend. She happens to be a fan of whiskey but I didn't want to just buy any bottle of whiskey for her as I'm unsure what kind she'd like or what kind would be gift-worthy. I found a nice guide to whiskey book and two fun whiskey tumblers. She happens to be starting a new business so the "manifest that s**** whiskey tumbler makes the gift even more thoughtful. They have an online store but I'm unsure if all their merchandise is online. I always find better gift ideas when I'm at the physical store. Go here for thoughtful, unique, stylish, tasteful, and fun gifts!

Cute little shop with a large variety of unique items. Many hand made crafts and even clothing. Prices are reasonable for SF and didn't prevent me from buying a set of Poke Socks. Socks disguised as a bowl of poke lol. There was a hand made coffee mug that I really wanted but I couldn't force myself to pay $48.50 for a mug. If your looking for unique stuff come give them some business. You

I placed an online order last week, assuming it would take a week or two to arrive. Not only did it take just two days, it also arrived as delightfully packaged as it would have been if I had shopped in store. Picnic was always my go-to for gifts when I lived in San Francisco. It will now also be my go-to for gifts even though I live in Sonoma.

I purchased three small, clay, candlestick holders (each $24), that I really liked. They were carefully wrapped in the store and carefully unwrapped when I got home. However, each cracked as I placed candles (that I had also just purchased at Picnic), into the candlestick holders. I was shocked and disappointed. Picnic was contacted the same day and I followed-up with an email and picture showing the broken candlestick holders. I requested a refund to my credit card for the price of the candlestick holders. I will keep the candles. I was told that I must spend two hours driving into the City, search for parking, and feed the meter to return broken candlestick holders. Why? Picnic "will need to take a look at the candlestick holders to determine how they broke and possibly send back to our manufacturer." Hmm, I've learned two things in our correspondence, 1) they don't believe me when I told them how this happened and 2) what I thought were handmade items were manufactured.
