So glad I stopped by!
Very neat store, clean, organized, to the point. Stuff was the nicest, very friendly and welcoming.
I happen to be helped by Paul and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, professional, suggestive and helpful.
I ended up finding more things that I love and even got explanations and demo on what I purchased earlier online. So helpful!
Cant wait to be back for other things on my wishlist. Thank you, Paul!

Harassing every minute, asking if I'm OK. I was the only one being asked (i was not alone), lol. If you don't like my appearance or whatever, let me know immediately, and I'll leave, i won't bother.
Update: I appreciate the attention, but if there's more people in the store and I'm the only one that gets harassed, then the message is clear. And they didn't even ask in a polite way. So no, this is not acceptable.

I’ve been getting all my travel/camera related gear from Peak Design since 2018.
Unmatched in terms of product design, product durability, and service.
They really stand behind their products, finally wanted to update my backpack I’ve had for over 6 years, and they replaced it at no cost.

If there is a brand that defines honesty, customer service, quality products, and forward thinking designs, Peak Design is one of the last ones in America. Think Patagonia but for camera gear and backpacks. I had an issue with a bag during my travel abroad and thought my investment was done for, but I brought it into the store thinking I would need to pay to get it fixed. The store attendant asked me what happened, and proceeded to rectify the situation for me with no cost. Them honoring their lifetime warranty without making it a burden on the customer and nickel and diming people is a true breath of fresh air. Peak Design is a 1000% recommend. Peak service, peak trustworthiness, peak products. That’s Peak Design for you. I’m proud to use your products.

I brought in my 4 year old Peak Design V1 Everyday Backpack into the store today to get it repaired as the zipper on the top popped and cannot close anymore. The store representative Sebastian listened to my plight and to my pleasant surprise, he exchanged my backpack for a brand new V2 as it was under lifetime warranty (I had my original invoice)! He also showed me some neat tricks on the new V2 on securing side flaps! Sebastian was super professional, knowledgeable and courteous and I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a new backpack to take a look at the Everyday here in person at this store! 4 years with the V1, now looking forward to more years with my newly exchanged V2 pictured here!

Excellent service! The staff saw my 2-year old 15L zip bag while I was shopping and offered to change a new bag free of charge!

I’ve been in the market for a new laptop for years now. Ivy helped me on my first visit and today I bit the bullet. She was really helpful in demonstrating each bag’s functions and never pressured me to move in any direction. Just wanted me to get a bag that suited my lifestyle. I ended up grabbing a few other things since she explained the integration so clearly. Her coworkers were also super helpful and filled in when Ivy was busy with other customers before me. Grateful for Ivy and the team today and excited to put my haul to use!
