They need to improve the loan option, since after finishing paying the last loan, you have to wait 15 days for a second loan, I would like the approval to renew the loan to be immediate.

bought a refurnished phone from a place on jamaica ave in queens underneath a bed and stuff store not only did they charge me a n arm an a leg i also got 3rd degrees burn the galaxy 7 doesnt come with a view of its battery therefore you cant change it or inspect it and we all know how corrosive battery can get

PayJoy is a convenient service to finance the most modern devices, unless you want the device to perform properly. The software installed upon purchase severely limits the functionality of any device, to the point of almost non-functional. Even after payoff of the device, the software is unable to be removed from the device for 90 days unless you're willing to provide photos of your bank card to one of the most unprofessional, unhelpful customer service teams in the industry.... The worse customer services. I have paid off my phone and I cant not get in contact with anyone to help me take the app off. I've called 5 times and they keep placing me on hold immediately or hanging up on me. I will never use this service again! Worse company I have ever encountered.

Complete and total BS!!!! These people keep your phone hostage for 90 days after paying it in full because they're claiming that they're afraid of people paying the phone and then calling their bank and fighting the charges. (Who does that ?!?!?! ) If you want to remove the app before then ( 60 days ) they demand to have a copy of your ID and debit/credit card !!! Yall must be smoking some really good stuff to think that I'll be sending you my personal info !!! I regret getting anything from this company. No wonder they're no longer doing business in the USA. For those overseas reading this DONT DO IT TO YOURSELVES !!! And train your customer service agents. They are condescending, no comprehension having individuals ( I'm being nice) . Come the 90 days and I cant get that BS app off of MY PHONE THAT I WORKED HARD TO PAY FOR THERES GOING TO BE HELL TO PAY !!
