Warranty is a scam. They want a proof of purchase for a PAX2 but on their website they state If“no date of purchase is registered or no record of the purchase date is provided by you or otherwise available to PAX Labs at the time warranty service is requested, the warranty start/end dates will be determined by date of device manufacture using the device serial number.”I will contact BBB and explore legal options

Terrible accessories and customer service! Very weak and poor quality vaporizers. Won’t refund or even replace grinders that are shipped with deep scratches and cracks!

Product doesnt function. Warranty doesnt cover failure to vaporize. Item is a vape unit. Lots of apologies and platitudes, zero actual support. Refuses return, replace.

Ordered a mini pax over 2 weeks ago....still haver not received nor has anyone responded to my 4 emails....I teried calling and no one answers aside from recordings.....SUCKY Customer service

I received my Pax Mini and it didn't work. I returned it and now they don't want to send me a replacement. This company has terrible customer service and I do not recommend buying this product.

Never delivered my item, told me they would look into it w/ the post office, stopped responding to my support ticket when i asked for updates. Initiated a chargeback through my CC. Do not use.

Original PAX customer and upgraded to PAX 2. The product has performed great. Recently had a warranty claim and the customer service and follow up was outstanding. Warranty replacement was easy. USPS had the package for a month, not a PAX Labs issue, but PAX customer service followed up every few days with emails and one phone call until it arrived. Thanks again, love the product.
