I brought my car in because the driver’s door was rattling. The noise happened over bumps, when opening and closing the door, and while driving—rattle, rattle, rattle. After I explained the issue to Paul, he asked me to bring the car in. Within a couple of hours, the rattle was gone. He fixed the rattling issue. Thank you Paul

I don’t leave bad reviews but I’m pretty dissatisfied with the service I received. They basically charged me 800.00 for a dog hair removal. My interior was clean in the end, but they skipped right over the headliner and front / rear windshields, they got oily armor all spray all over them which I had to wipe off. They said they’d wax my truck, and remove scratches, polish wheels. I didn’t notice until I got it in some bright sunlight that it wasn’t buffed or waxed, just washed. After a few, the oily coating and tireshine on my wheels wore off and I could see all the brake dust again. They didn’t do what we agreed on for the detail price of 800.00.

My car no longer smells like rotten milk and mold and for that I'm incredibly grateful.
Paul and Aldo were also quite friendly and communicative as well as patient while we dealt with insurance.

Paul went above and beyond with my car. He not only took care of the mold but also detailed the interior and made sure everything was spotless. His attention to detail and the care he puts into his work really shows. I’m especially grateful for how understanding he was about the price and how clearly he communicated everything throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a thorough and professional job. He’s the best!

Paul saved our car. A couple of weeks ago, we noticed a musty smell. We thought it was something in the trunk, so we cleaned it out and found mold in the trunk board. We figured that would solve it, but the smell kept getting worse.
We called Paul, and right away, before charging us, he suspected we needed a deep clean. Sure enough, at his shop, he found mold everywhere under the carpets and rust on the metal frame from water intrusion we didn't even know about. Paul explained how to fix it and what to tell the insurance. He even sent us photos of every mold and rust spot to make our claim stronger.
When the insurance wouldn't cover it, we called Paul again. He immediately understood and worked to lower the cost—suggesting what he could clean instead of replace, and which carpets we could go without. Even with all his help, we still couldn’t afford it, so I told him we’d just take the car back and try to fix it ourselves. Paul knew we wouldn’t manage on our own, so he walked me through how to DIY it, step by step, just in case. But in the end, his conscience wouldn’t let us drive around in a moldy car. He said, “Tell you what, I’ll get rid of the mold, and you pay me what you can.”
The next day, we picked up the car, and it was cleaner than ever. Paul said he'd only do the minimum, but his professionalism wouldn’t let him stop there. He detailed the interior and even cleaned the ventilation system, which would’ve been a pricey job.
If you need your car cleaned, demolded, or whatever—go to Paul. He’ll make sure the job is done right. And make sure you have comprehensive insurance; don’t make our mistake!
P.S. My nose is finally clear for the first time in months!

Paul's mobile detailing deserves a 6th star, this is a business contact every car owner, Uber and Lyft driver in the San Francisco Oakland region should have saved. I believe business owners who go above and beyond to care of their customers deserve extra recognition in a culture of low expectations and poor service. Paul was a Godsend in a really unpleasant situation, going out of his way AFTER HOURS to provide help no one else would. His years of professional experience meant he had the knowledge to provide excellent service but more importantly, the empathy and care to get me the help he felt I needed in the moment despite the inconvenience it put on him. This business owner cares about the job and well-being of his customers, give him a call for your service today, you won't find better service.
Situation: Uber rider vomited on rear passenger seat/floorboards at 7pm Saturday night in San Francisco.

Paul's team did bodywork on my BMW X5; including removal of dents, dings, scratches new paint and clear coating. The car looks brand new. Paul is a good guy, great communicator and charges fair prices. I highly recommend him.

This place will scam you. Please read all the 1 star ⭐ Yelp reviews. He scammed me for a mold job and decided after not being able to scam my insurance that he'd do me a favor and charge me 2,200 which included theft of my belongings and incomplete or just vacuumed and wiped job after tearing my interior apart my seats weren't attached correctly or securely. I was also trying to retract my seatbelts which were completely twisted and wouldn't retract. My doors no longer work. I had a slight jam in one but now they both aren't even able to be manually opened. My van is not in the same condition in fact it's in need of more work after I took it. Also took it to a real detailer and said Max the job should've cost 500. They also asked me where nothing was done ✅. Please read the Yelp reviews that are 1 ⭐ I will be looking into perusing legal action.

I had an outstanding experience with Paul’s Mobile Auto Detailing. Paul and his team did a remarkable job removing mold from my seats and headliner, demonstrating exceptional professionalism every step of the way. The process they used was incredible—first, they meticulously assessed the extent of the mold damage, then applied a specialized cleaning solution that penetrated deeply into the fabric. After thoroughly scrubbing and sanitizing the affected areas, they used high-powered extraction equipment to ensure no residue remained. The attention to detail was impressive, and I was truly amazed by how effectively they restored my vehicle. The end result exceeded my expectations: my car looks and smells like new. I visited Paul's shop due to a leak in my trunk, which caused mold to grow under the spare tire. Paul claimed the mold posed a health risk and diagnosed the leak as coming from the weather trim. Before even performing the service, he asked me to leave him a 5-star review. I’m GLAD I didn’t, as he provided a 1-star service. He then tried to charge me $700 under the table to fix the leak. I kindly declined and requested only mold removal. He claimed to make minor tweaks and messaged me via text and I quote “if I hypothetically didn’t do the job right, you are covered under your insurance”—hardly comforting for a first-time customer..
I later took my car to another shop, where they discovered the leak was actually due to frame damage, not the weather trim as Paul had claimed. It became clear that Paul values taking advantage of people for money more than maintaining a happy customer. Not only did he misdiagnose the problem and try to overcharge me, but he also failed to remove the mold. The other shop even took a photo of what Paul had supposedly “completed.”

If google reviews was capable of providing companies with 0 stars I would. My morals and values are deeply rooted in honesty, trust, and respect. Paul came in with the demeanor of someone knowledgeable, but his actions quickly revealed otherwise—a typical con artist. As shown in the before-and-after photos of the “service,” he immediately began tearing out the carpet, pointing out what he claimed was harmful mold, and stressing the health risks to my family. He assured me he would deep clean everything and completely remove the mold, but that never happened, as the photos clearly show. Despite his promises, the mold remained. I should have trusted my instincts and chosen a shop capable of delivering the high-quality service Paul promised,
But failed to provide.

Paul, picked up my car did an amazing job, in replacing my front and back bumper, polished and detailed my car (no charge), fixed my brakes and oil. Could not be happier. Thank you Paul and team!
