Darren is The EMPEROR of cuts & color! Competitors but,….no competition! He simply is ‘The’ BEST. I drive from nearly 4 hrs away because his skills are unmatched!

I have had a few issues at this salon, such as when I saw a different stylist, but overall I trust Vania more than anyone to cut and color my hair. She is great if you have thick, wavy/curly hair.

Patrick is the best, have had Japanese Hair straightening done by him for over 15 years. I moved from the SF Bay Area, so it's been over 4 years since i have been to his salon. Miss getting my hair done by him! I do my own hair now, would not trust anyone but him..

I came to Patrick Evan Hair Salon after having the worst haircut of my life somewhere else. I was nervous and uneasy about trying a new place but gave Patrick Evan a chance and I'll never go anywhere else! I put in an online request for a haircut and they quickly got back to me with a few questions about my hair history. Afterwards, they matched me with a stylist who took the time to learn about my hair needs and helped me figure out what cut would look best for me. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me the best haircut of my life!

As a first time customer, I couldn't be more happy with the short haircut by Tess and get compliments all the time. She absolutely knows her stuff and understands ways to work with hair that misbehaves. My bangs, specifically, are perfect! In the 30+ years of getting short cuts, hardly anyone gets it right.

I made an appointment to change my hair color from burgundy to dark brown with highlights. I drove from Napa County to SF to get this done as I've had great experience before. The Stylist did a strand test and said to see if she was able to do it. She said she will call me at the end of the day. I never heard from her.Service: Hairstyling

Best hair salon period. Not just the bay area, not just California, the best objectively. I have been coming to patrick evan salon for 5+ years, and the quality of service is unmatched. Particularly for the thermal reconditioning treatment I get, it is highly specialized treatment and Patrick is a master of his craft. I live in another state and I continue to return to SF for him to do my hair. Also equally important, the standard of care is so high. I wasn't completely satisfied with my results and Patrick personally corrected it and was so kind and patient with me to ensure my hair was completely perfect. There are few things I fly back to California for, but getting my hair done at Patrick Evan Salon is one.
