Hands down the best package/mailing service location in SF. They don’t annoy you like USPS employees, and I’m in and out of there in 2 minutes whenever I need to send some packages. They handle both USPS and UPS, and I’ve never had any issues with either.

I want to acknowledge Mary. She is very helpful, patient, attentive, understanding and is always cheerful. She is a very good communicator. I am navigating the Ipostal1 service and she has been instrumental in helping me feel comfortable using it. I’m glad Mary is there to help. Thank you Mary!

This is a lovely family-owned mail and mailbox spot. I'm so excited to see them in the neighborhood. This will definitely be my go to spot for all things related to shipping going forward!

Small business owners are very nice, efficient and helpful! I had my I-9 verification done seamlessly and got my documents emailed to them and printed in the past. Oh and they also do fingerprinting services! So glad I found this gem of a place!

I highly recommend Parkside Mailboxes. They offer a variety of products and services at a competitive price. The customer service is outstanding on the phone and in person. A beautiful family runs the business, they are trustworthy, professional and efficient. If you like businesses that care about making a customer for life. Parkside Mailboxes is one of those rare places.

I'm very happy they are near my house! I would have to go 8 more blocks to the USPS which would eat up a lot of time. Family owned and nice people who work there! Thank you for the service! And you don't have to wait in long lines at this place!

This place is quick and convenient. Love the customer service and I regularly drop my packages here. I prefer to go here opposed to UPS and USPS since the lines are shorter and this place is in my area. You can also get the receipt emailed to you instead of a paper receipt which I always lose when I want to keep track of my packages.

Such a convenient place to get all my mail and packages.I opened a mailbox here for my business a long time ago so I can have a San Francisco business address - life hack!Since then I've also moved my personal address here. I get all my mail and packages sent here because packages were always getting stolen from my porch. Every time my packages come, I would get a convenient text notification. I'm always traveling too so it helps that someone watches over my stuff while I'm out of town. They also have 24 hr access so it's like having my own personal mail room service.Looks like this place is under new ownership too and they are really trying to fix up the spot. Service has always been very personal and local. Definitely love having Parkside Mailboxes in the neighborhood.

Just a quick shoutout to the team and amazing young woman at Parkside Mailboxes for being so helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’ve been with numerous similar services in the city and in Mountain View and these people are the best.They are very good at notifying you when something arrives and have been patient without being unpleasant when I went away for a few weeks and another time when I had Covid. No service like this wants to store packages especially since mine were quite large and I do not recommend doing that. But it was unplanned and unavoidable and they supported me all the way. Thank you!If you are looking for a safe place to have your mail and packages delivered to, Parkside Mailboxes are an excellent solution and I personally am extremely happy with their friendly and efficient service and highly recommend them.
