Great hotel, price is ok comparatively. Rooms were great, service was great. This area has deteriorated a bit over the last couple years, so if you're not here for work, there are likely better places to stay. Plenty around to go to, to grab food.

This place is amazing!!! Great location! My 10 year old son and I feel safe here. Yes there are homeless people around. They don't bother you. My son and I did make a wrong turn out of the hotel down the tenderloin area and it was a bit bad over in that area. There are armed security guards at least every 10 feet. I'm glad we came down and enjoyed ourselves. The hotel staff is wonderful. Got checked in our room quickly and even a microwave delivered! We will be back here for sure!!! Trolley/ bus/ Bart all within a 1 to 2 min walk. A 4 story Ross is down the street which is pretty cool. IKEA for really cheap eats is across the street as well. You'll love it here!! We are on the 25th floor and it's quiet!! Wonderful black out curtains as well...ENJOY!!!Rooms: Great size. Comfy.Quite.fridge.micowave per request.great viewsSafety: Felt safe with my 10 year oldWalkability: Very Close to all major transportation options

Great receptionist! The rooms are a bit outdated and the prices are super high. The restaurants are great but very expensive as well. However, the view is amazing and the location is great and many restaurants are within walking distance.Rooms: The rooms are a bit older and lack a little bit of modernization. The bathrooms could use a total makeover.Food & drinks: They have 2 restaurants inside of the hotel, Cable 55 and a Thai restaurant. Both are great but very expensive. A large glass of wine will run you $27. Be careful if you choose to do drinks!

I loved my short stay here. The room was awesome, and provided many services. The staff is friendly. And it was a peaceful night. I would recommend staying here, it wasn't too expensive. I would stay there again.M.W(3-23-24)

Very well located hotel with decent rooms. Despite the size of the hotel, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

I had a great stay here. Normally I stay at the other Hilton in union square but decided to try this one this time. Rooms are a bit dated but they are quiet and clean and you can’t beat the location. Staff was great.

I came to San Francisco to have a small vacation. The customer service has been outstanding, before I checked in through leaving. I asked if there was a chance of getting in early and they were able to accommodate. Kassandra was wonderful as was all of the others. I asked to have a microwave put in the room and that was done. The room was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood has homeless as many cities do but if common sense is used, I don’t feel there would be a problem. I had none. There is a Trader Joe’s pretty close which was nice. The hotel is very close to The Bart system which I used coming in/leaving back to airport. There are other buses, streetcars and cable cars close.

Great staff and quick communication, they were so accommodating during my stay with any request or work needs (my company hosted an event here). Very comfortable rooms and beds. Location is easy to get around on public transportation - it is only a block or two from a seedier area so there's a lot of late night street noise and unhoused population and drug use, but the hotel itself felt very safe. They had someone checking room keys after hours at the entrance which was nice.

You do NOT get parking included just for parking you're looking at $40-60 per dayNoteworthy details: Parking NOT included. Figure on spending $40-60 per day IF any parking is available

Rooms: Rooms are only ok. Nothing fancy.Safety: Saw a few homeless people around the area. Parking is only valet and is $75. That is a killing just in parking.

NO HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER! And as with any Hilton, no points or even night stay credit. I guess they need to get everyone off of Diamond status because their giving out too many 10-cent bottles of water?
