I purchased my linen sheets in February 2021. At the time of this review (January 2024), I am shopping for new sheets. These sheets did not last 3 years. They are covered in holes. I took great care of them, and handled them as the label suggested. They're SO expensive and should have lasted much longer, as good linen does. Don't fall for the fancy website. There has to be better products out there for this price.

The worst sheets I’ve ever wasted my money on. French linens. TONS of piling and shedding on these sheets. The amount of dust these sheets created in my room is insane. They say you just need to wash it and it gets better. Nope. Lies. It gets worse and stretches out over time. Super wrinkly after a few sleeps in the sheets. I washed in cold water, air dried, as recommended. Nothing I did made these sheets not shed fluff everywhere.

Come check out the great quality in bedding that sleeping beauty wished she had. Robes and towels for a luxury felt bathing experience. Maybe good products but worst customer service, especially the store manager, go 2 blocks further to buy brooklinen; they are way better than this place.

The product line is high quality and well-made, the website is well designed, the customer service of this store can only be described as terrible. The staff working in the store seemed aloof and behaved like they don't want you to shop here. I walked in the store without any other customer, nobody greeted me when I was in, which is fine to me actually, but even when I asked for what I needed, they simply just pointed at a corner and said "there". Kinda interesting feeling when I just walked out of the Brooklinen store 1 block away impressed by their customer service.

Have had linen fitted sheet and duvet cover in coal for about a year and a half. LOVE the color, and was excited about this purchase. We thought linen would be cool and durable. The first month or two, had INSANE lint/dust, constantly cleaning the air filters and everything was coated in black dust. After several washings, the lint calmed down, but now the fitted sheet is SO worn thin and developing holes. These are expensive sheets-- but the quality is horrible!

What a disappointment! Should have read more reviews. Ordered a bed, two months late, understand that. The headboard moves a good six inches back and forth. The $100 Amazon bed frame I had for my child before was FAR, FAR more sturdy than this. Disappointing.

Parachute Home offers beautiful bedding that is both warm and aesthetically pleasing. Almost every Instagram blogger I follow has Parachute bedding. I've visited this SF location twice because I wanted to check out the bedding in-person before placing an order online. During their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, everything was 20% off. Score! I found some nice linen sheets, covers and duvets for my brand new bed at home. My only regret is not picking up a cotton cloud blanket. So why the 2 stars only? The people here suck. Almost every associate (which btw are nearly all Caucasian) are extremely snooty. They take one look at you, probably judging you in their minds and then look away without saying "hi" or "how can I help you today". Why work in a customer service setting when you treat people like garbage? I'll never understand it. Maybe it's cause I'm Asian, I don't know.

There’s no doubt this brand has nice design and great customer service. But this is working hard for products that have terrible quality. Linen sheets here are terrible. Thread count is on the lower end making the fabrics incredibly fragile and they will not last. We’ve been through 2 fitted sheets in 2 years despite using the right care instructions. We’ve found better alternatives elsewhere and will not be going back to Parachute until their product quality improves. A lot.

Flimsy, poorly tailored, not colorfast, and, what is worse, expensive.Parachute is clearly marketing "lifestyle", not a quality linen.

Brandon had great product knowledge and understood what I was looking for. Parachutes website can be overwhelming for a first time purchase, so going in stores was a better experience. Thanks Brandon and team!

First time coming into this store. I’ve heard great things about the products. I got everything I needed at the store but was completely underwhelmed by the service. The lady helping me seemed like she did not want to be there and was not very helpful.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon May 22nd at 2:20pm and was greeted at the door by an employee who would not let us in because they "wanted to close early". The posted hours are 11am-6pm on Sundays. Such a terrible way to run a business.

Had my eye on one of their duvet covers for agesssss. Finally bought it with the 20% off BF discount. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size. After I received the duvet in the mail, I took it to the store in hopes that I could exchange it. I arrived a few mins before they opened and stood outside with my Parachute box. A sales associate came out and asked me if I had seen her Postmates driver. I had not. She went back inside. Weird. Two minutes later she came back out and invited me in. When I asked to exchange my duvet to the correct side, the associate said I could but that they would not honor the BF discount. As someone that works in retail/e-commerce, I know it's super easy for a business to honor a discount in a situation like this. So instead of exchanging it, I decided to return it and get a refund. Sad.
