I have owned a number of pairs of Paige jeans over the years and bought my favorite jeans from this location 2 years ago - fantastic customer support back then. Now, customer service at this location is terrible. I have been to try on jeans 3-4 times over the last year. Nobody asked if I needed help, each time I asked a staff member if they could make some recommendations. They gave me two pairs of jeans and a change room. Then never came back to check on sizes, style etc. At most there has been 2 other customers in the store and 2-3 employees. I just end up leaving. They don’t ask how things went on my way out or if I was able to find everything. It is not the experience I expect from a store that sells premium jeans.

I had an extremely uncomfortable and odd experience with this establishment. My partner had been trying on jeans and the manager victor was highly suggestive and made inappropriate remarks. I was very uncomfortable with these interactions and we ended up leaving due to the unprofessionally run establishment . We were utterly disturbed that the Manager made such suggestive statements regarding his man hood.

Best customer service ever! Not only are the jeans some of the best around, but I genuinely enjoy shopping here because the employees are so kind and helpful. Highly recommend picking your next staple pair of denim at Paige :)

Solid little boutique with comfortable clothes. I went in looking for a pair of khaki colored denim and was out within five minutes with a comfortable, perfectly fitting new pair of pants. Helpful gentleman gave me a slew of options.

The shop gets marks for the fact that the stock was nicely displayed. That's where it ends.Astonishingly vacant staff with no idea of what they were doing or that the customer might want to spend money meant this place lost a sale.I think the entire time in the store can be summed up by the truly memorable line from one particularly vacuous staff member, who had no idea of the irony of her statement, when her eventual reply was: "Oh, I'm sorry, I couldn't hear you. The music is too loud"Fence posts would be more useful.

I must say for the price of these clothes you would think they would have some customer service skills. I sent back an exchange almost 2 months ago and have not even had the courtesy of a response from customer service. At least 3 phone calls and over a dozen emails. Shouldn’t be this hard to make an exchange or return. Like the clothes but will never shop here again based on this experience. It’s a full time job just trying to reach anyone.To follow up- the customer service manager finally called me and was apologetic about the lack of communication. Was happy they tried to make things right.

Love Paige jeans, but service at this location was unkind and dismissive even while buying several items. I’ll have to buy Paige elsewhere moving forward.Also, Paige no longer offers tailoring.

Madeleine and Olga were incredibly helpful for me today. Typically, jeans shopping and dressing rooms isn’t my favorite experience. However, these ladies were wonderful and made it way easy. Thank you!

I don't really do reviews, but I feel obligated to, to make sure this doesn't happen to other people.I bought $1700 of jeans as I was trying out a bunch of different sizes/colors (hate ordering so much, but unfortunately it was necessary in COVID times). I ended up keeping one of them and returning the other $1500 worth. Over 3mo later, by some miracle, I remembered to check my credit card bill - and couldn't find a reimbursement on it. When I wrote, they (barely) apologized and quickly reimbursed the funds.* Initial order: May 27, 2020* Return date: within 2 weeks of that date* My email to them: Sep 7, 2020If you return things, make sure to keep an eye on your credit card. I hate that I even have to do that these days. Ugh.
