My parents really wanted my help to write a review for Pacific Kitchen Life after they recently purchased a range hood from there. They especially were very appreciative of the sales rep - Edward Huang - who was very patient and explained things very clearly to them. Looking at other reviews here, it looks like their experience were not the exception as Edward seems to have done a great job with all customers there. In addition to Edward, they also had a great experience with other aspects of the purchase including installation and value of the purchase. They're happy customers.

We recently purchased a range hood from Pacific Kitchen Life, and the experience thoroughly met our expectations. About two weeks ago, we placed an order with the help of a sales specialist Edward. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. Edward was not only friendly but also impressively knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various range hoods, which helped us make an informed decision tailored to our needs.The range hood arrived yesterday, and we must say, it meets our expectations in quality. From the initial order to the delivery of the hood, everything was smooth and efficient.

I just bought a 40CM wok from them during Christmas. Then I realized the wok is way too big when I put it in my stove. So I requested to exchange to a different size. Edward Huang is very helpful, friendly and professional. He helped me to process replacement order and gave me the same promotion that’s already expired. So I can receive the good price and some free gifts. I am so happy with this purchase.

Range Hood is pretty and the service was very good. I first purchased a range hood online, and found its thickness was too thick to be installed on my range top cabinet. I called the SF store, where Ms. Yeh helped me for the product return and recommended me a different model that can fit and she sent a tech. came to my home to install it. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

Ms. Ye called me today. She dealt with the problem quickly and was very polite. I will buy it again in the future. I have to call Ms. Ye first next time. Thank you for your help. The quality of Niutou brand is relatively good. Compared with American brands, I prefer Niutou brand. For kitchen utensils with the same price, Niutou brand is better in quality. I bought Niutou brand if I have no memory, and it is easy to clean.

The staffs ( Kieu and Edward ) were very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and professional. There was no sale pressure but just pure information for you, so you can make the best choice for your needs. Ms. Kieu also told me about the sales and the promotion gifts that comes along with the product at the time. Edward also took the time to answer all my questions, and he showed me how to operate the product and its functions. Overall, it was excellent. Now as long as the Pacific Product works as well as its claimed, that would make it PERFECT ?.

Customers who order to assemble themselves should pay special attention❗️Does not come with electrical plug?Does not come with air outlet windproof gasketThe salesperson will not inform you in advance.These things are free in the United States and come with a complete set of basic equipment. However, Pacific range hoods require customers to buy them separately and pay for them themselves. In addition to not informing them in advance, it makes it inconvenient for the people who assemble them to go out and find parts. And become a hidden fee.In addition, since we don’t live in a Chinese city, we have to pay more for long distance if we need Pacific Range Hood to assemble it. Some areas are not even willing to send people.The machine comes with at least a round plastic air outlet ring attached. If you ask them to resend anything, the customer will have to pay for the postage. The assembly instructions are imaginative and abstract enough to make you call to complain. I am surprisingly impressed by the patience of the telephone service staff, but it is a pity that there is no so-called free after-sales service. Any accessories that should be included but are not included will have to be paid for by yourself.
