Awesome job on my repair and amazing service! Zig was very considerate helping me pick the right scope and cost for my repair. To work around an upcoming extended vacation, he also went over the top by holding my car an extra week and meeting me to return my car on a week the shop was supposed to be closed - all at no extra charge - which was incredibly kind and accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Pacific Collision Care was excellent. Zig and the whole staff were extremely professional and personable. We were having bodywork done following an accident and when we arrived for the first appointment, Zig had already communicated with our insurance agent. The appointments and completion time aligned with the time projected at the outset. Staff communicated throughout the process. Our car was cleaned and looked great when it was done. We will definitely recommend Pacific Collision Care and would return for any future car mechanic/auto body needs.

This place is top notch. I brought in a Tesla with a baseball-sized dent in the liftgate. I had shopped around at a few places and others quoted me higher prices and a long wait to order a new gate from Tesla.Zig instead said trust me, I can repair the existing gate for less. He delivered 100% and returned the car all cleaned up too, inside and out.Thank you!

I am highly satisfied with the services provided by Pacific Collision. They have managed to fix my car, which had extensive damage, with incredible skill. They replaced all the components and even matched the color perfectly. Zig, the person in charge, is both professional and friendly, keeping me informed throughout the repair process. He went the extra mile by offering to drop off my car to get a PPF (clear wrap) on it. The quality of their work is truly outstanding.AAA made the payment directly to collision center, but you will still need to pay the deductible amount to them. Since the repairs I have referred family, friends, and co-workers. I highly recommend this business.

After someone backed into the passenger side door of my little Scion IQ, I agreed to let the driver pay out of pocket rather than go through insurance. I went to three different body shops to get estimates and chose Pacific Collision Care. Their estimate was reasonable, the guys were really nice, and it's on Valencia Street - so I could enjoy a meal after I drop it off. (Silly reason, I know, but hey.) I'm so happy with the result! They called a few days ahead to politely remind me of my appointment, finished the repairs ahead of schedule, did a beautiful job, and were professional throughout the process. Highly recommended!

The nicest guys working there. Don’t try to screw you with the highest price just because you’re a woman. Went above and beyond to help me when the typical solution didn’t make sense for a car with my mileage or budget. Would come back in a heartbeat.

I recently took my car to Pacific Collision Care for a turning signal light replacement and to get some scratches buffed out. I was thoroughly impressed by their efficiency and craftsmanship. They not only completed the task faster than I anticipated but also delivered top-notch results. My car looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier.
