Service counter is slow at San Bruno Avenue store. Desk clerk is not friendly if you are not Chinese. Go to O’Reilly Auto Parts on Bayshore instead. Service is faster and people there are cheerful.

I usually order my parts online to get the best quality parts for the best price, but if I'm in a pinch and need a good quality part same day, O'Reilly's is the place! They will price match most online prices and if they can't then they will do their best to give you the best deal.

Website shows store should be open until 9:00 p.m. I walk over here at 8:05pm after getting a flat tire, gates are down employees are in there looking at me. When I call they pick up the handset and then hang right back up. I'd say poor service but simply no service.

After someone scraped and bent my front fender by pulling forward into the parking spot in front of me, which was fine on surface roads - I was driving on the highway and heard a bad noise. Engine cover under the bumper popped out and was bent backwards when I stopped. Got ready for a tow but decided to try duct tape - happened to find this O'Reillys where Ricardo came out to look at it. He popped it in, showed us what had happened and advised how to tighten up the screws, so I could actually still drive to work. He was friendly, an expert, and made my day so much better. Highly recommend this store and the staff here!

Just curious what time do your stores actually close website says nine 8 o’clock on Sundays went by two different stores and both closed

The staff is really helpful two of the staff it's a American lady and a Mexican lady they will do whatever it takes to find the part that you need they are 100% really helpful is my favorite store to go get my parts I will never stop going there Thank you so much O'Reilly Auto Parts Staff

New to car mechanics, I decided to change my own vehicle brakes. I brought the whole front and rear brakes on RockAuto.com due to the great pricing. Unfortunately, while doing the rear brakes, I encountered some unexpected issues. I called O'Reilly and they confirmed the parts are available and placed a hold on them. I rushed over to pickup. All the employees were very helpful and friendly. I was in and out and back home to complete the repair. The great thing about o'reilly, is the free return and warranty should anything go wrong. Which of course, the next day I discovered one of the parts was defective. O'Reilly did not have another one in stock, however, they located availability in another store. I came back in an hour, to exchanged the part under the warranty so no additional cost! Definitely recommend checking out O'Reilly for your car supplies and needs.

It’s sad the crime has gotten so bad they have to lock and unlock the front doors after every customer. Like the rest of San Francisco is becoming a Third World crime, spree of break-ins and grab and run robberies.. we really have to get rid of our San Francisco mayor, London breed and district attorney. We’re losing so many of our stores due to high theft rates. I hope our neighborhood O’Reillys does not go out of business..
