They had 6 people at the cashier’s counter talking and no interest in helping the customer. I waited for 5 minutes one cashier helped one customer paying cash which took 2 minutes for one item when she was done she just walked away to talk with the other employees. I just put what I needed down and left. Wow!!

Oreilly auto parts is awesome. The work i do allows me to utelize them often. Almost any part you need they have and if they dont they can source it. Highly recommended.

Don't try calling. They won't answer. Horrible in store service. Rude.Update: the own responds to me apologizing and says they will fix the problem and to give them another chance... but I scroll down and see people had the same problem months ago and had received the same message.. sounds like the reply is just a automatic response from a message center..

I would not go again. A cashier is very problematic and exposes a woman to having problems with other customers and the manager does nothing to prevent it.

My engine maintenance light came on and I called before I came to this location to see if they could scan my car and give me the code, as to which they agreed they could. I arrive and go inside and ask them to please scan my car and they asked what's wrong with it and I told them and they immediately said "I can't do that." and so I asked if they could just try and if it doesn't work then that's okay too and she said she would come back and ask her manager. I'm waiting outside forever so I go back inside and as soon as I come back in, the manager immediately said "nope, we don't do that." The least they could have done was tried. Very disrespectful staff and management. Would not recommend going here.

Called this store since the other one refuses to answer their phone and closed early. This store also appears to close earlier than what their website shows and their employees simply don't answer their phones.
