I arrived 15 minutes before the closure, running off from my job, because they said they close at 6pm, and of course they were already close! With no one inside anymore! No sign outside about the new closing time! Very disappointing

Offices are nice and conveniently located. Lab hours are good. I just don't understand the $600+ charge for a 10 minute consultation ( tests are separately charged). This is the second time I've been slapped with such high consultation bill for a 10 minute visit.
