I called up to make a remittance because i can’t log in on line, unfortunately i wasn’t able to answer the security question. The agent just told me after i ask her what to do “I CAN’T HELP YOU.” What a terrible customer care. I called again later and yes another agent help me with several questions. I made a complain and the manager said they deal with the incident already.

Terrible Terrible.. my company have tie up with them and I used my company email id as login, uploaded require document for verification but waiting days to hear any updates. . I called their support couple of times which has exceptionally long wait time and if I do get connected with a human, they usually transfer the call to other support and no one picks up after hours of waiting..

Tried to send money to dubai.. just found out they haven't sent anything in two weeks.. WHAT .. and now there asking all kinds of questions about my income which by the way why is it any of their business? They will invade your privacy

Terrible experience. They reversed numbers on the transfer, so the transfer failed...although the money was not returned to my account in a timely manner. Customer service is horrible. Sat for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to an agent, who hung up on me when I expressed my frustration with their horrific service. My advice, find another company to transfer funds. These people are very unprofessional.

I found this very bureaucratic to try to set up. I have a family trust account and they wanted a PDF of the entire trust document. In the end I was able to find a service that just requires signatures and beneficiaries pages, etc.

Terrible experience using this company to send USD to AU. If something goes wrong they will just hold your money and give you zero updates. The compliance team managed to have 40k 'slip through the cracks' on the very first transfer and this was after two calls with the compliance team to do all the identify verification checks.I was really excited to use this company after being told good things, however my experience was awful and I'll now look for more expensive and professional services that keep you updated and don't treat your money like it's no big deal.While 40,000 may not be a lot of money to some. It's a significant amount to me and not knowing where it is or what is happening with it isn't a great feeling. I'll never use this company again which sucks as I love to support Australian companies.

It was my first time to use ofx. I did this online, transferred money from my bank account straight to another bank account. My money got transferred online within a day. It was easy & straightforward to do, it took me less than 10min. The currency exchange rate was better with ofx than others.

The original set up with US Forex involved some careful due diligence on their part but once established, the system is very easy to use. Most recently, used OFX for a US-GBP transaction and rate was a full 2 points better than my bank and no fees. The auto debit and credit function for smaller transactions is a really nice feature. I recommend OFX to anyone who has forex needs.

I signed up as an individual user (they also do business) with OFX online, sent money to Canada a few times and to Japan a few times .. each time was seamless. They call to verify the transactions, which was good. I also use the currency notification so when the CAD or Euro moves I get an email. This is a great feature.. to help keep and eye.. overall I saved a lot of money and never had to step into a bank and wait around. Love it.

So far I have been on hold for ONE hour and 45 minutes waiting for them to answer their phone. I am serious!!! How is this even an acceptable level of business. If you cannot manage your phone calls how the hell can you manage other peoples money. Shame on you #OFX

Multiple transfers from Aus to USA and visa versa for several years... not a problem. 90% done on-line. I've only talked to a couple people over the years without issue.
