I brought in a pair of Birkenstocks, which were ready before the time I was given. They were re-soled and the footbed was replaced. When I put them on, they fit very well and were almost warm. That’s pretty outstanding. Getting to them is difficult, but it was well worth the journey.

Excellent workmanship on a full re-sole of my old Red Wings. I brought my 10+ year-old engineer boots in for a re-sole, and a fix for some loose stitching. The re-sole looks fantastic. The threads are evenly-spaced and tidy. The sole is nicely trimmed and fitted. The fix I asked for (broken stitches on the backstay) looks perfect, like nothing ever happened.
For the pics: note that my boots are very worn and thus the leather is not perfect by any means. That is no fault of ODSY, they are just old boots that have been through water, snow, salt, oil, dirt, etc.

Amazing and friendly service. Took in 40+ year old cowboy boots (crazy old) for a clean up and polishing. Within the week I got my boots back better than I could ever imagine.

Love this place and will bring all shoe repairs here in the future! They fixed my Birkenstock shoes in ways I didn't know was possible. New vibram soles and they will last me many more years. ?

The high rating for this business is well-deserved. I brought in a very sorry pair of shoes that were transformed! My burning man boots were also made good as new! To top it off, they remembered when I was leaving on a trip and delivered them on time for me bring them along. Wonderful, detail-oriented service. A true gem. Thank you!

It's hard to find a good cobbler these days but I finally gave up on my old-school guy who never finished in the promised timeline. Odsy was right on time. Very happy with how well they re-soled an unusual pair of boots and the price was reasonable. I live in the Mission and do not mind driving out to the Avenues for such quality work!

Small local business that provides high quality services to restore your favorite leather goods. Prices are reasonable and upfront which I appreciate. Jin helped clean up one of my vintage leather bags that was almost 40 years old. The bag looks much better now and I am happy to use it.
