I bought a polo shirt and wanted to return it, because I saw the color at home, to which they said no, although I already bought it like that, I went to the house to wash it, it became clean, but the quality of the fabric deteriorated in one wash, and it is normal they do not explain why it is not possible to return and they look at the customer strangely, I will not buy here again, this is the only store with such an attitude towards returns and such an attitude towards the customer

This rating is based off the lovely customer service I received at this store a couple days ago. The ladies working there are super nice, and made it very clear to me about their return policy (although they didn’t need to, because I’m able to read the terms and conditions). The items I bought are also very well made for their sale price.Although I do agree that the company’s return policy is unfair, I don’t think the poor rating should reflect on the workers of this store. People can be upset at the company policy all they want, but it’s ridiculous to curse out a store employee because of it.

I will never come back. First, the final sale can not be returned even you didn't like it. Second, all the things are 15% off. It's not about on sale. It means when you return only can get the store credit.Here is the store policy. Here is the trap for customer.Third, the floor is dirty. I think they never clean and wash it.

The worst customer experience ever.The website doesn't make the return policy clear that items with 30% off are not returnable.They let you return it in store, I had to get a random full price item that I didn't even like to note waste the credits.And then... Next week when I walked past, I saw a 50% discount on the same item, same size. They don't offer price adjustment.All of these ridiculous policies aside, the staff are not genuine.Their clothes are comically large even the XS. I will not make any other purchase from this brand.

Comically oversized items, even for S and XS.Staff isn't genuine. I had a fair share of bad service from this brand. It's a long story but I will not recommend this brand and this store to anyone. Beware that online items with 30% off will be final sales. Why didn't they just label them Final sales clearly instead of telling me after the fact that "you need to read the fine print"...I didn't recall seeing it at the checkout page. Oh well, I will never shop this brand again.

I like the general aesthetic of Oak + Fort, its like a mix between clean girl and korean street wear. Its also across from Aritiza which is super convenient. I've gotten a few things here but I feel like the price doesn't match the quality. It's like Aritiza pricing but H&M quality so I've stopped shopping here.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! QUALITY IS AWFUL! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!I bought a pair of pants here that ripped at the inseam after the second wear. I didn't even wash them after the first wear. And they were a loose fit so it's not they were being stretched. A friend later told me that Oak+Fort clothes are known in Canada as "one wash wear" -- my pants didn't even make it to one wash. Plus, from the pricing, you'd expect a better quality.Customer service refused to help me without a receipt and then ghosted me once I did find it.

Awful service. Rude staff. Clearly uneducated, poorly trained, and generally completely unaware of the norms of basic customer service. Will never return. Oh. ps. Upon my basic inspection of the crudely assorted rack of strewn bland clothes (did they just discover the color "salmon?"), it appears wearing a garbage bag would be preferably to buying even the most expensive garment of a so-called company named after a type of tree and a military installation.
