Nooworks was on a list of places I was excited to check out after my move to San Francisco. It didn’t disappoint! The shop is always super organized and welcoming. I’ve been visiting for the better part of two years now and own a number of lovely pieces. Thank you to Sydney for the consistently excellent customer service! :-)

Love Nooworks and was really looking forward to an in store experience. Unfortunately, the shop was so hot I left empty handed. I tried on many items but dripping with sweat had me very uninterested in new clothes. Please invest in AC.

Absolutely love this shop. I have way too many pieces from them. The Gardner suit, Vacation dress and the bodysuits are my all time favorites. There is a print, or two or three, for everyone and a size for all as well. Love it here.

One of the best shops in a district full of good shops. Nooworks has maintained an excellent track record for years and years. Locally designed and made, very cool items for the whole family. The holidays are not complete without a visit to Valencia and picking up the patterns at Nooworks.

Patterns and general attire are beautiful!! Prices are to be expectd for a shop of its kind. I (genderqueer but mostly male presenting) came into the store with my partner and it definitely felt like we were unwelcome here from the staff. I understand that this store is for women*, but it was a little bit of a let down to know that lgbt indentities are only validated by the store staff if you pass :( Bought a really cute buttoned shirt and upon the first usage it immdiately started threading. Other than that, it was a fine experience.

Loved finally getting to go to Nooworks IRL! I’ve been following online for a long time but in store I was able to actually see how different cuts and fabrics fit me. The person working was super helpful too! And if they don’t have it in store, but have it in the warehouse they will ship for free. Definitely worth stopping by!

I used to be such a big fan of nooworks. But the build and quality of their products is so disappointing compared to the price. The patterns are amazing 10/10. They have a great mission. But the quality of the fabric is so rough and cheap feeling. And there is no attempt to line up the pattern with the seams/ cuts of the garment. I’ve also noticed loose threads. Just a bit disappointing

So much hometown pride, such important work this WOMAN OWNED business is doing, promoting artist, serving mom/daughter style in an unculty way and I hear a rumor that the parties are coming back? Yes please! This is by magnitudes the most interesting business on Valencia, the clothes are driven here from the factory and they are constantly striving to keep their supply chain and overall business practices clean an ethical. If every place was like Nooworks we would have a much cleaner, kinder planet
