I was worried about this place after reading previous reviews, but I had a great stay.
There are some homeless people around but not too bad at all. I felt safe, room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and most importantly it was cost effective! I will definitely be back here when I come to shows at the Bill Graham!

Staff were absolutely lovely, nice clean room and comfy bed, room is quite small but more than enough for 2 ppl, bathroom clean! Great value for money, easy to catch public transport nearby and complimentary tea and coffee down stairs in lobby, very welcoming! From Australia and would definitely recommend!
