The owner was a complete condescending a****** unable to effectively communicate with me as a customer. It's sad that you own a business and are unable to listen to what could have been a repeat customer who would have gladly referred friends. You don't need to tell me what you own, show me you're a boss! Hope your store fails just as you have at keeping a customer satisfied! I'll be sure to spread the word..you and your store suck. BTW, assumptions are for asses, you did the word proud.
