I will be honest I was afraid from the reviews!! But my experience went softly and respectfully, I arrived 11:30 am before the lunch break , filled the form , wait 7 min, a lady called my name, gave the sample and go home ! , totally 10 min , if u respect the laws nothing will go bad ! And don’t expect a smile because it’s a serious office environment.

This is an ideal location for simultaneous
drug and alcohol testing. They get pretty
accurate findings. I have been brought
here multiple times by my company for
random testing, and each time I visit,
the lines are short and the service is
satisfactory.

They lied. They said the wait time is 20 minutes or less. It was near three hours for me. And the listed lunch hours are not what happens in reality.

I don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews. I walked in right after my job interview up the street and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Reception guy was nice and it went smoothly. Especially when compared to the reviews.

Worst customer service ever. There is only one nice guy inside the rest are horrible at interacting with people. They have attitudes that is above. They make fun of people.

Reception lady was completely rude and so was the person I spoke to on the phone. The location looks like it's a straight trap house with trash and boxes everywhere. Somehow I tested positive for Marijuana despite never using it or being around people who do. Pretty sure that just cost me a job at Kaiser.

Not sure what bots are on here but this place is the worst. The location is shoddy, the inside looks like a trap house with pseudo offices, the customer service in person and on the phone is extremely rude and the tests are probably 10$ on Amazon but they expect 150$ for a retest with slow result times.I got a retest from SF general instead and passed. Not sure what kind of stunt they are trying to pull or if they want to make extra cash with retests or something but the rudeness except the one technician doing the work was atrocious.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Customer service was so rude. I have never been treated this poorly and disrespectfully in my life!! I am never the type to ever leave a review - but I would hate for the next person to experience what I had to go through. Absolutely despicable & would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend to go elsewhere. This company should be ashamed of themselves.
