Beautiful jewelry and unique selection. Really love the artists and jewelers they carry. Had the same experience as others with the service. The first time I went as a walk-in the woman opened the door and stood at the entrance not allowing me in and asking me why I was there. When I said I was just interested in browsing, she said I could come in but only for a few minutes before they had an appointment. It really didn't feel welcoming and I felt under time pressure and uncomfortable while I was there. A similar thing happened the second time I came and brought my mom and aunt. They say appointments aren't required but act exclusive and uninviting when you come as a walk-in. And, on top of that I wasn't even asking for assistance from any of the people working there, just wanted to browse. This would be a favorite jewelry shop of mine if they were more welcoming and didn't look at you judgingly when you'd like to come in.

Finally taking the time to share our wonderful experience at No 3, although long overdue! When it came to selecting our wedding bands, we initially visited the jeweler familiar to my husband's family. Unfortunately, nothing quite resonated with our taste or felt uniquely special. Determined to find the perfect match, we turned to No 3 after following them on Instagram for a while. Booking a wedding band consultation was incredibly straightforward through their user-friendly website, making the entire process almost unbelievably easy. Our appointment, guided by the knowledgeable Karen, was nothing short of flawless. She graciously allowed us to explore the options at our own pace, offering valuable insights and suggestions along the way. After much consideration, we decided on Artemer wedding bands, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The rings perfectly complement each other, embodying the unique and cool vibe we were seeking. Supporting small businesses like No 3 has always been a priority for us, thanks to the evident dedication and personalized attention they extend to their customers. Beyond the exceptional service, I can attest to No 3's curation of some of the most stylish and distinctive pieces available. Our experience with No 3 was not just about acquiring wedding bands; it was about finding a place that values craftsmanship, individuality, and a personal touch. Customer service at No 3 is so bad that they have no business being in business. Yes, THAT bad. Called in advance to find out if a reservation would be needed. Was told that they take walk-ins. Drove an hour in traffic to get there. Had the same experience multiple others have had, where a woman physically blocked the door with her body upon my arrival. When I was finally let in after standing in the rain for 20 mins (!!), the shop girl at the register looked me up and down - you know, the way girls used to do in high school, starting with your toes, all the way up to the top of your head, and all the way back down again? Gross. She wasn't helping any customers - just stared at me. Then, instead of talking to me, she answered the phone and helped OTHER customers for the 15 minutes I was browsing. I found a few pieces I liked without her help, and asked to look at them. The attitude I got was overwhelming. It was as if I was a nuisance. She swooshed around banging things and pushing me out of the way with her body. I kept trying to be friendly and make conversation, but she wasn't interested. When I asked about the artist who made the pieces, the shop girl told me - check this - that she "wouldn't give me any information because I hadn't made an appointment." Hmmmm. I asked the price. She said - wait for it - she wouldn't tell me unless I made an appointment. Whaaaaat!!!! I explained, again, that I had called and was told they take walk-ins. She said, and I quote: "We do, yes, but we PREFER appointments." Cool, dude. Now that I know how you treat your customers, I wouldn't make an appointment if you paid me. It takes a rare gem of a store to make shopping for jewelry a miserable experience. I would've been better off shopping online. I located the name of the artist who made the pieces I liked, went straight to the artist's website, and purchased them from there. No 3 Fine Jewelery is a major fail. Fail fail fail.

Our experience at No.3 was exceptional from start to finish. After unsatisfying visits to several other local jewelers, we felt very welcomed here with our request for a custom sapphire engagement ring. I honestly think Marcus is the best salesperson I’ve had the pleasure of working with in any industry, ever. He is ridiculously knowledgeable and able to explain intricate design details and choices in a way that made us feel comfortable and not overwhelmed. We never felt pressured, and he was always extremely accommodating during our indecision and countless visits and emails/calls. Pricing was transparent from the beginning, and he was genuinely as excited as we were when we finally settled on the perfect ring design. Also, beyond just engagement rings, the rest of their jewelry is seriously cool and unique! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

I cannot recommend No 3 enough. My fiancé and I were lucky enough to be able to get our custom engagement ring done here and we are incredibly happy with the result. The consultation and design process were very thorough, communication was fantastic, and in the end, we felt like we got exactly what we were looking for. The team at No 3 is exceptional and was accommodating of the fact that we didn’t live in the area. Shipping was a breeze and very well communicated. We look forward to returning here for our wedding bands!

We were truly blown away by the curated set of jewelry, but more so the thoughtfulness and quality of interaction from the staff. In my hunt for my perfect engagement ring, I had followed Laurie Fleming on Instagram (the ring designer I had my eye on). LF had a trunk show going on at No 3, so I booked an appointment to go, and right off the bat the service was great :) Obviously I'd never bought an engagement ring before, let alone design a custom ring, but the people at No 3 Jewelry were super patient and helpful while they explained the process and steps. Lisa was the person we were corresponding with for our stone sourcing and she was easy to communicate with and replied to emails in a timely manner. We didn't find the Perfect Sapphire on the first viewing, but it was okay because you get 2 in person viewings after you pay the deposit, and we found the Perfect Sapphire after the second viewing. TLDR; I'm a happy customer, I have no complaints, the staff was great

Carol at No 3 helped me choose and customize the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Once I found the right ring she helped me throughout the process by working with the ring designer on a change I was interested in. The team at No 3 helped to provide CAD for my change and then get the designer on board and source the new stones. Carol and the whole No 3 team were extremely helpful through the whole process from finding the right ring to selecting the diamond. I would definitely recommend you check them out as the service they gave me was excellent.

My girlfriend scheduled an appointment for a Sunday afternoon to look at engagement rings. The service received during our half hour in the store was OK. Not horrible, not inspired, somewhere right in between. I would give three stars if that were the end of the story. During the visit, we asked the woman helping us to price out a couple of variations on rings in the store. She said she would follow up by email, but no follow up ever came. She had my girlfriend's email address from the communications that led to the appointment, and she took mine down in the store. Did she forget to email us? Maybe. Did she determine for whatever reason that we weren't worth the trouble? Could be. Did she fail spectacularly with her customer service? Absolutely.

My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and was hoping to stop by without an appointment. They were so accommodating and and were able to squeeze us in before the next appointment showed up. Lisa was very knowledgeable and helpful, she answered all of the questions I had about certain designers. She also brought up so many details about pieces I wouldn’t have noticed or thought about while wearing it. I highly recommend this shop. Whether it’s for creating an engagement ring or for everyday wear jewelry, they have such a variety of pieces for every taste. Even though I am from out of town, I will be purchasing from them in the future through their online shop.
