This is an absolutely adorable gift store with Japanese and Korean influence. They have a great variety of items including snacks, dog toys, kids books (I've gotten a couple really cute ones about Indian and Korean food), ceramics, notepads, etc. The owner is super sweet and friendly. Check this place out if you want a unique gift for yourself or someone else!

I love this place! I stop by every time I’m in San Francisco for work, and even though it’s out of my way, there’s always something new to look at or buy.The store owner, Jessica, does an amazing job curating and finding items that appeal to someone you want to find a gift for. Fragrance, skincare, books, small trinkets, or something that says “I thought of you and thought you might like this”, even if you don’t walk out with something to purchase that day, you’ll be pleasantly surprised at what may be in the next time.

All the previous reviews are NOT wrong! This is a great small business. Made the effort to drop in on a busy "Santa-Con" Sat and it was definitely worth the trip. Lots of beautiful gift items to give and keep!

I stumbled across this shop wandering around Cow Hollow and it's super cute! I loved the curated Korean and Japanese home goods, art prints and holiday gifts inside. The shop owner said they opened in April and change the selection often. Worth a visit to get stickers and unique trinkets!

small and mighty- this place is hard to miss. I found this gem when i was strolling on union street few months back when Nikoniko Gifts was new to the area. i was first attracted by the japanese stationary brands the store carries. Their collection of asian goodies made me feel just like home. i have been returning for prints/cards and home fragment, and my dog love the treats they carries. The owner Jessica is so good at remembering names - she recognise my dog and i when we revisit. She can basically name out every single returning customer and dogs around the neighborhood that walk pass, which is very impressive to me. Besides knowing all the backstory of her wide range of inventory, Jessica is very resourceful too - she gave me some good tips for to groom and train my dog - never could have expected that from a gift store owner around the corner. ("more than just a gift store" , ok, very true)the shop has a high ceiling and is very well lit with daylight. modular wood shelving all against the wall adds a feel of clean and sleek to the interior furnishing and the products are like decor-for-display in the store - definately a thoughtfully curated space. they rotate the brands and products they carries, and the space also transform to host event such as wrapping classes/ workshops from time to time. i can play the "spot the difference" game and find something new everytime - gotta go back to check out their new inventory again soon. just another happy place for me.

Always a 5 star experience here. Jessica is amazingly helpful, thoughtful, kind, and runs a great store. There’s always new surprises in here to find too. I’d recommend it to anyone for gifts or personal care :)

Super cute & unique gift store with the sweetest store owner. I read about the store in SF Standard & have walked past it but didn't have a chance to visit until today. Their window display shows a variety of cute items & store offers pet toys, skincare, home fragrance, unique Japanese pottery. I bought a cute toy for my friends cat, but it could be a dog toy & also bought a home fragrance incense that they were burning in the store. The store owner was super helpful too.I'll be back again to check out more things. Support local & women owned businesses!

Wonderful little shop with a delightful owner! Nikoniko has a wide assortment of beautiful items from wrapping clothes (furushiki) to keychains and jewelry and everything in between. The owner is very friendly and has hand picked everything in the store. She plans collaborations with other local businesses/artisans! Truly a gem in the community!
