Really crappy business. They hold my package for 7 days and then send it back. Not an ideal ups location. They are screwing up all the deliveries. Terrible service. Lazy.

No idea why they are open during the hours AFTER everyone goes to work, and close before everyone is off. It's like they don't want buisness. To be fair, this is only a review when my packages get held hostage there (as they are a ups access point) for a whole week when ups wouldn't deliver to my house. I work 9-5 monday to friday, and these guys are open from 10-4:45. Like how am I supposed to go there????

Kevin and the staff at New Leaf Media provide excellent customer service. They are calm and answer all questions you may have with professionalism and wisdom. They are not out to sell you the most expensive product but rather really listen to what your needs are and recommend a product they believe meets your needs.

I come here for all my wireless mobile prepaid services. They have a lot to choose from and if you don't like the one you have , it is so easy to switch to another one! The staffs are all very friendly and helpful there. Also I have my internet services connected thru them too! Just give them a visit and all your questions will be answered!

Last Saturday Dec.2 2017! I ran into Metro/New Leaf Media store ina panic letting them know that I lost my cell on Thursday the 30th the entire staff Kevin &William the entire staff.! To me they went above &beyond financially I didn't have all the money they said don't worry we will take care of you By far they are the Best. Andytown coffee is next door stop by. Our neighborhood is starting a new Facelift . They all treat me like royalty! tremendous team work!
