everytime i go here they never know their own stock and without even looking it up they tell me they don't have whatever thing i might need on that particular visit everytime. most of the are stocked tho just too lazy too look for it before giving a response.

This place is useless. Should of believed the other reviews. No customer service whatsoever. Well, actually one counter person while the other one stares at his phone. The person on the phone never looks up or acknowledged that I was there. The other person was helping another customer at the time.. When it was my turn, come to find out they didn't have my part in stock...Not coming back any time soon...

Same trouble I had the last time I tried them 10 years ago. Part was supposed to arrive from another area location first by 11:00, then by 3:00. I drove down there twice. Order was "voided" after he'd called it in for me after my first wasted trip. Another semi-incompetent staff didn't know what a nut-driver was answers phones before helping people at the counter and was incapable of simple multi-tasking, like answering a question or acknowledging someone while on hold. This is two for two disappointment and a waste of my day. Never again. Oh, don't be fooled by the photos here, the location is a filthy dump.

NAPA used to be the last hope among the big chain auto stores. This store has changed management in the last year or so and now it is a clown show. Multiple bungled orders, damaged and wrong parts, fumbled online orders. But the worst thing is that the people who work there now have an attitude and are dismissive of these problems and no one takes responsibility for anything. Don't waste your time. Go to A&A Auto Parts for old school auto parts counter service.

Always passing by this place and wanted to check it out. Two of my tires blew out at the same time and they helped me by giving me a quick quote over the phone. They guaranteed the lowest price and did the tire change the same day as well as preforming the alignment. They also gave me a camber report which was really helpful. Going to see them again this weekend to get the camber alignment finished, but whats more to say than I am Super happy with them!

These guys care about doing the right thing and the right quality. I needed the tires to be installed late in the night when they were about to close and these it's stayed overtime to finish the job. Thanks again for all the help, highly recommended!

If you're looking for automotive parts and you want to be treated with amazing respect and courtesy this is the place to come they are extremely helpful on the phone and when you show up at their counter they are at attention! These folks Define customer service oriented employees!

I don't think many people Yelp an auto parts store so I'm doing this just to make myself feel better. Worst customer service ever. I have called them a half dozen times for parts (yes I think Napa usually has better parts than the other two chain stores in town) each and every time the phone is answered "Hello can I put you on hold" and then it happens they never, ever come back on.. Usually after 15 or 20 minutes I hang up and call back and so no you can't put me on hold I just waited 20 minutes.. then they put you on hold again. Usually this time they come back, eventually. Oh, and if you say no and they ask you if they can call you back, don't bother because they won't. Okay, I feel better now. If they go out of business due to people ordering online I won't shed a single tear. BTW, the Napa store in SSF answers the phone and then... helps you.
