pros: Friendly staff , prices are below others, they have a tow service. cons: Not sure what they do on a tune up Nothing is broken out on the invoice like other places. I had a brake fluid container that was never inspected. I think they use used parts and don't ask you. I probably would have said OK. so if you get an ignition replaced you'll only get one key.

I bought a used scooter. Happy with the experience. They were careful about communicating well. They know their scooters. The service manager changed the front tire before I left. Vespas are fun.

Pedro is a business owner with integrity. He and his team do a fantastic job and are very fair on cost for their services. I recently had my Vespa serviced at Mr Scooter and I'm very satisfied with their work. They serviced more than I had asked; doing things like tightening my mirrors, replacing the license plate frame, and discovering a bad spark plug and didn't charge me for performing a diagnostic. I will be a returning customer.

Bought a 2004 Yamaha Vino here; ended up being an awesome scooter. Got all my servicing done here with no issues. Friendly staff, good selection, no complaints.

Don't trust these guys. They've done nothing and tried to charge me for it. They didn't realize I understood what they were saying. Walked out without paying, and I took my bike with me. Stay away from here.

Very nice people but the plug they put in my rear tire just a few day. Waste of $60. I would not recommend.

This place does no longer rents motorized scooters, but the website has not been updated to reflect this due to known technical issues. I was hoping to rent one to go across either the Bay or Golden Gate Bridge for some sightseeing, but was told by owner that motorized scooter rental has basically died (with the exception of Revel) since the pandemic.

this far, these are the best prices for used scooters i've seen in the city.it's looks n' feels like a local shop. James is awesome, who shared with me his life 'n passions.it's worth coming to check what's in stock as interesting things go in 'n out quickly!

Great work. Couldn't find anyone that wanted to work on my scooter. Mr scooter stepped up and did great work. Was up front on price before he did the work . Highly recommend!
