Pedro is a business owner with integrity. He and his team do a fantastic job and are very fair on cost for their services. I recently had my Vespa serviced at Mr Scooter and I'm very satisfied with their work. They serviced more than I had asked; doing things like tightening my mirrors, replacing the license plate frame, and discovering a bad spark plug and didn't charge me for performing a diagnostic. I will be a returning customer.

Brought my scooter in for a tune up and it came out running worse than before. Seems like somebody messed up.

Very nice people but the plug they put in my rear tire just a few day. Waste of $60. I would not recommend.

This place does no longer rents motorized scooters, but the website has not been updated to reflect this due to known technical issues. I was hoping to rent one to go across either the Bay or Golden Gate Bridge for some sightseeing, but was told by owner that motorized scooter rental has basically died (with the exception of Revel) since the pandemic.

A very highly recommend Mr scooter Pueblo the owner is very kind and I enjoyed doing business with him I bought two scooters over the last year I just bought my second one this week and it if brand new! the first one was a 2014 125 Cali made by Lance and it ran great I had no problems with it at all I was very satisfied with the experience I had with him and I highly recommend doing business with him because he is a very honest man and very nice to work with!!I GIVE HIM 5*****!! thank you David Hansen

Bought a 2001 vespa Scooter from them in 2020, claimed it was an person's city get around with clean title, low mileage. It took over a year to receive title and registration. Claimed there was an issue with the vin and needed me to bring the scooter in. It was due for an oil change so they actually did come pick it up, which was nice, and changed the oil. Once I received the title, over a year after purchase, it turns out it was not a clean title and they actually sold me a salvaged vehicle.

Great work. Couldn't find anyone that wanted to work on my scooter. Mr scooter stepped up and did great work. Was up front on price before he did the work . Highly recommend!

Friendly service, but there mechanic is not thorough and take things apart without ensuring bolts are back on. They need a more experienced and knowledgeable mechanic to rate more stars here.

This place has been SO helpful since i started my Scooter journey in July 2020! I purchased a Honda Elite CH80 and it needed some repairs to get up to optimal running condition and the team at Mr. Scooter was incredibly helpful during all of my visits. Even after i damaged the Scooter in a minor accident a few months later they were super helpful with the process of working with Geico to get the repairs covered and I couldn't be more happy with the service this place provides!

I called today, to begin with some nice gesture, I was saying my name and how are you today, the staff member reply it cold manner *normal, what do u want?!* isn’t that shocking!!!Then I politely laugh is out, and ask about the price for the scooter rental, and he say * no we don’t do it anymore, we don’t rent scooter anymore* then I was like it’s a scooter rental company!!!! But ok, thank you!!!For real, what kind of employee is that?! A scooter rental company doesn’t provide the rental scooter!!! And the manner is just really shocking in the most terrible way possible, like the service don’t matter at all from a service provider anymore?!Highly recommended to go around if anyone would like to spend any money here, please do not!!!! ITS SO BADDDD!!!What a shocker

I'm just not happy about the scooter I purchased from mr scooter. I returned the coral pink buddy 125 cc to mr scooter yesterday. After the warranty expired it was nothing but trouble. During the warranty I have five receipts from work done under warranty and I'm sure the scooter is a lemon. Do not purchase anything from mr scooter that's my take on it. This guy should just stop trying.
