I recently ordered almost $300 toy that arrived with multiple torn places in the wrapper. I contacted Mr S and after sending photos they decided to ship a new product but would not overnight and forced me to wait until next week when I have already waited for them to ship the first one that obviously they had to know about and saw the tears.How funny that they would expect me to accept an opened item yet they know they would not. Now I'm very hesitant as I wonder if they rewrap items? I wonder if the $300 dollar toy I send back will be rewrapped and sold to some unsuspecting customer? What if someone was evil with bad intent and put fentynl on the outside of the toy they rewrapped it and sold it to a customer who wasn't suspecting and didn't wash the silicone and died. I can confirm via email that they do plan to rewrap and resale the opened toy I send back to some unsuspecting person. Please comment and share this as no opened products need to resold in any way to another consumer for safety and health reasons.It just shows me that there are good companies and then the ones that don't care about customers because if they did why would they send out a package in the first place that had been opened, touched or possibly handled, especially higher prices one that probably doesn't move quickly and why would they not NDA a replacement for their mistake if they cared about their customers and correcting mistakes?

In all seriousness, shopping here is like being in Nordstrom. I feel valued as a customer and if anything goes wrong, the staff makes it right.

The very helpful worker "Plur" really seems to be a key member of the SF "pup" community and not only educated us on what we might need to facilitate our fantasies but also made sure our experience that day was a fun and enjoyable experience! ^=^

I've been ordering online from Mr. S for a long time, but I finally got the chance to visit their store. I wanted to be able to try on a few things, that I wasn't sure about sizing. At the store, Plur helped me try on some great gear, that you can't really put on without help. He also mixed and matched some pieces to get the right fight for a sweet bulldog harness. I spent more than I was planning on, but it was totally worth it. I love my chest to arm restraints, heavy, but very comfortable. And I'm looking forward to a night out in my customized bulldog harness. Everyone was great, and made the shopping experience totally comfortable. Looking forward to my next trip.

I went to Mr. S today without much of an idea of what I wanted and had an excellent time trying on suggestions from the sales associate Plur. I have to say I was blown away by the white glove service I was provided. They had excellent suggestions, were clearly very familiar with the products, and encouraged me to try on lots of cute things while facilitating a safe and comfortable environment. They were more than generous with their time and attention while also helping other customers. I cannot recommend working with Plur enough, I walked out with a very cute new outfit and they've definitely secured my business for the future. Thanks Plur!

Khalif was amazing! He helped my partner and I find some really great pieces to add to our collection to spice things up! He was patient, informative, and kind. The vibe was great and everyone made us feel really comfortable being ourselves. The next time we come to San Francisco, we will definitely be dropping by again!

I have recently placed my first 2 orders from Mr. S. The first one I placed was lost by the courier service. After contacting Mr S for help, within minutes, they had shipped a replacement which I received THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. I don't usually leave reviews but customer service like this is rare and has to be recognized.

Top-notch products sold by a staff that’s uniformly friendly, accepting, and welcoming—I’ve been shopping at Mr. S for 30 years, and they’re still the premier BDSM store on the West Coast. We were helped on my most recent trip by Plur, who was both an expert on every product in the store and a delight to spend time with, and Paulo, who tailored me a custom-fit harness while I shopped. A fun afternoon buying quality gear that will give me years of service.

I’ve been to Mr. S leather twice before this third visit. I had the pleasure of getting PLUR to help me. He was so kind and welcoming,so nonjudgmental extremely helpful and went out of his way to answer questions. He helped me try a couple of things on and I have to say there is absolutely no pressure at all. I left the store feeling delighted. I can’t wait to come back and finish what I started.

First time shopping at Mr. S leather in person. Although in a time crunch had a great experience and found everything I wanted thanks to the amazing Plur! I plan on stopping by every time I travel into SF ❤️
