Nail tech overfiled my natural nails and ruined them. Did not take blame. Inexperienced. This is one of the shadiest nail salons I've ever been to. I do not recommend.

The workers are very kind. It's a small nail salon in Dogpatch but there was no wait time when I went which is always a plus. They had a lot of colors to choose from, and my nails turned out flawless!

Usually no wait for Mani Pedi. Gel manis last really well. Good amount of color choices. Friendly staff.

Great spot in the heart of dogpatch! I live down the road and passed this place many times but finally decided to go in and get a mani/pedi for the first time in too long!!They did a great job and were very nice! You can add a foot/lower leg massage to your pedicure (highly recommend)! My polish lasted longer than expected! I got regular but they do have gel as an option!

I get my eyebrows waxed here, I’ve been getting that service for 2 years by 3 differently ladies and each of them do a good job.The staff is really nice, so I am not sure where the negative reviews about service are from.I’ve never gotten my nails done so I cannot speak to that service

This place really needs to improve. While cutting my cuticles, the lady nipped my skin open accidentally (little bit of blood). When I pointed it out and asked her to be careful she just said “yeah, yeah”. Zero acknowledgement or apology.The paint job was uneven (see photo) and you can tell most of the nail polishes are really old.While I was waiting for my nails to dry, I was the only one there briefly and it was the least relaxing environment possible.Further, like another reviewer mentioned, they watch you while you tip and the lowest option on the tablet is 20%.The prices have also been updated so don’t rely on the google maps images one.

On a lunch break and in need of a quick gel mani & pedi?? Walk-ins are welcomed! The ladies took one look at my scrubs and knew right away my requested services needed to be done efficiently and gently. It was an overall lovely experience! A very calming, aesthetic vibe. Definitely coming and recommended for all!

I came to get a mani pedi as a reward for the end of a long week and came out feeling frustrated instead of relaxed. The service is horrendous, the massage lasted 10s, the hot towel 1s, they did not towel off or dry the feet and hands well, she did not clean under my fingernails and toe nails at all, and my calluses are just as big as they were when I walked in. They do all the steps in a mani pedi but more like a checklist then actually giving the customer a good treatment. When you go to pay she stares at you and doesn’t let you turn the screen fully so she can watch you tip. This place is not worth the wait or the price, go elsewhere.

This is supposed to be a constructive review for this facility i,e if they even care to improve. The owner/operator lady needs to calm down on her attitude and treat customers better. This place is so unwelcoming, uncomfortable to be in. Their manicures are fine. However, they stare at you as soon as you enter as if you are in the WRONG place. If you ask for an appointment she gives really curt responses and acts annoyed.Then while tipping, she stares at you and the cash you are giving away to I guess shame you into giving more. I have never experienced such aggressive treatment by a service business! Their services are over priced compared to other places in the nearby neighbourhoods so with that said, I would expect top class treatment. I gave them a second chance recently as anyone can have a bad day but no, this experience was even worse. Will never try them again but i hope they understand that they are in a SERVICE business and if they can't act well, they should close down shop.

Avoid at all costs. I went in to remove my shellac nails that I had gotten done perfectly at another place. They did not tell me that they did not understand what shellac was and forcefully removed it by filing all the polish off. I explained multiple times that you should not be filing off shellac and it should just be dissolvable after acetone but they refused to listen to me and blamed it on the fact that I had gotten them done elsewhere. I’m left with very damaged nails and there’s still polish stuck on them. I have no choice now but to wait 6 months until my nails grow out. To make matters worse, this should have been a 5-10$, 20 min removal but they charged me $20 and I was there for an hour and a half while they damaged every one of my nails.

NO good if you like courtesy, service and value for your money. Their manicures are fine but they suck at customer service- are really aggressive, act annoyed all the time and act as if they are doing you a huge favor by doing yoru manicures for a HEFTY price. I would even pay happily if they deserved it but the owner lady has such poor human skills that I would not even give this place a wasted penny of mine. I don't understand why people who don't want to be of service end up in service businesses. Believe all the negative reviews here. I didn't.. gave them a second chance recently and they were even worse. No more chances.

I don't normally get my nails done but this place did a great job. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, and added on a foot massage. The foot massage was . The ladies there were very friendly and efficient. Plus they had a lot of color options as well.

I really wanted to like this place because I live close by, but this was the worst mani pedi I've ever received at a salon. For starters, the polish selection wasn't great. Additionally, my technician appeared to be the owner, and kept interrupting my service to handle the register when other technician's clients got up to pay. As for the pedicure: I don't have a ton of calluses, but my technician put such little effort into treating them--she literally brushed my feet twice, missing my heel each time. I had to ask to get my calluses a little more attention and she used the manicure nail smoothing board, which obviously did nothing, because she threw out the callus remover too quickly. For the manicure: She was pretty rough with pushing back and trimming my cuticles. She even cut one too far and made it bleed. Fortunately, she treated it with an antiseptic so I haven't gotten an infection so far. I asked to have my nails evened out, but she rushed through so they're all slightly different lengths. The actual polish job was pretty bad. She frequently got polish on my skin or avoided the edges entirely leaving gaps where polish should be. She didn't paint the top layer evenly over the base layer, so there are clefts at the nail tips and edges. I asked for a retouch which kind of helped but the very next day, my polish started chipping at those clefts. I got an OPI Infinite Shine 2 polish, which is supposed to last 10 days and costs $3 extra dollars but I couldn't even get more than 2 days of wear before the chipping became unbearable and I had to take off the polish. I came with a friend and the seated us separately despite having space together in a back room, I guess to keep the appearance of a busy storefront. She got a gel mani and the tech put on so many coats that her nails look strangely bulbous. Overall, we both left feeling like we could have done a better job ourselves. We don't plan to come back since there are other salons in the area.

I have been here couple of times to give this place a chance and both times I have been disappointed. The pedicure soak seems really fancy with coffee beans, but the pedicure itself is very substandard. Both times I asked for Callus removal and both times they barely made an effort to do it. The pedicure doesn't include a massage and you have to pay $10 for it. The first time at least the lady tried to sell that, the second time she didn't even bother to ask. Also I got gel nails and my right index finger fell off within a day !!! I have never had this happen before. If I go here I would only go out of necessity as I live right around the block and it's convenient. I wouldn't go here again by choice.
