I recently reached out for input regarding repair on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. They excel at customer service. My experience, they seemed extremely knowledgeable, prompt, professional and reliable. I never saw them in person neither physically walked into their store. They asked (text) for my phone's serial number and they provided extremely reliable info. Very professional, everything done correctly, and as part of the service they cleaned my laptop, so much so that was hard to wrap my head around it that it was my laptop and how clean I have not been keeping it, I would bring it in just for the cleaning service alone, it is immaculate. well done.

The response to my Yelp questions were very prompt. I had gone to Mobile Kangaroo at the Geary location years ago at the recommendation of a tech savvy friend who said, "They're the best". Well, they're even better at the Bay Street location. (So glad that I found them again). Louie is FANTASTIC!!! He explains the issues and solutions thoroughly. Most importantly, Louie is honest as to what can be done and his recommendations. Forget the Genius Bar - go to Mobile Kangaroo!!!

i had problems with my MacBookAir, which Apple seemed very interested in helping me resolve! They referred me to Mobile Kangaroo, who said Apple was not helpful at all. Ted from the Bay Street Mobile Kangaroo office in SF went out of his way to solve the problem that Apple was "interested" in helping me resolve (although Apple's 7 tech support people -- 3 different subsupervisors and and 4 supervisors three of whom hung up on me, none offering anything helpful or problem-solving, one of whom was quite rude -- did nothing at all but waste their time and mine having me repeat the list of problems, and complaints. Ted problem-solved, fixed the problems, taking extra time to make sure my computer was restored to working condition, didn't just tell me to buy a new computer, hand-delivered my fixed computer (not even a dream with Apple tech support!) , and was cordial despite working several hours after his business closed. He provided service that was helpful, considerate, prompt, and effective, as opposed to the double-speak that Apple offered on their own programming and complaints and tech staff problems. I highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo, who actually solve problems not create them!

I have a 3 month old MacBook Pro 14" that went completely dead on me. I called the AppleCare, they recommended me to bring it to Mobile Kangaroo and set me up with a next day appointment. They did a full testing on the unit and ordered the needed hardware parts under AppleCare warranty all within 24 hours. It was fully repaired 3 days after and ready to be picked up. They texted and updated me all along throughout the whole repair. That's what I call service!! Thank you so much!!

This review is for Peri's diagnostic of my unrecoverable iphone xs. I appreciated her patience as she worked through some tests to see if my phone was recoverable. Though it was a dud, she graciously helped me talk through some options, and even helped me switch sim cards to my old phone I had handy. I could tell she wanted to help me out, so I really appreciated her service!

These gents are the very best. A year ago they refurbished a much older computer so I could give it to my daughter who had lost everything in a devastating fire. This time it was my 6 month old laptop that suddenly wouldn't take a charge. I spent a TOTALLY wasted hour with apple support. They did however get me an appointment with Mobile Kangaroo. They had it fixed in 4 minutes. A fix the Apple support team should have been able to tell me. Aw well. Only Mobile Kangaroo for me from now on.
