My partner and I had a custom ring design in mind the first time we met Minnie and Stan and they actively listened to understand our vision. The design we had in mind was actually not structurally strong (because we aren't subject matter experts) and they did their best to design a ring closest to our vision. They were patient with our rounds of questions and requests and the final ring was breathtaking! What blew my mind was how the setting highlighted the depth of my diamond, ending precisely where the stone ends to give the side profile maximum sparkle. I almost love the side profile more than the top (the top was our vision). It's beautiful beyond what we imagined. Their expertise is the reason why I would choose them again and again. Thank you Minnie and Stan!!! Also, I think I just de-coded MIST as MI(nnine)ST(an) which is beyond sweet.

Stan and Minnie helped my fiancé and I pick out my engagement ring this past fall. Working with them has been wonderful. We first chose Mist Fine Jewelry after receiving an amazing referral from a friend of mine. When beginning the ring search process, we really did not know much about engagement rings. Stan took the time to walk us through each and every decision, while explaining pros and cons, pricing, and not putting pressure on us. We ultimately decided to go with Mist and my fiancé made the ring order. He surprised me this past April with my dream engagement ring. We cannot wait to continue to be a part of the Mist family when deciding what our wedding bands will look like. I cannot recommend them more.

I worked extra hard last year and decided I deserved a pair of diamond stud earrings. Mist Fine Jewelry was recommended to me and Minnie reached out right away and set up an appointment. Although there were not a lot of reviews online, I did remark that every single one was 5-star. I had a private appointment with Minnie and Stan. 3 pairs of gorgeous stud earrings were presented to me, and of course I fell in love with the biggest ones! The diamonds were of superb quality. The setting was minimal and elegant. And the price was very reasonable. Both Minnie and Stan were lovely to work with, and spent time going over the certificates and inspecting the stones with me. And 3 weeks later, when I decided I wanted to upgrade to even larger stones (!), a new pair was ordered, and the upgrade was easy. They are lovely people and trustworthy, which I think is the most challenging quality to find when you're making large purchases. I will be bringing my family and friends here for more beautiful jewelry in the future!

My wife wife had been interested in an alternate ring she could wear for travel or other activities. We learned about MIST from friends who recommended them very highly based on their own fantastic experiences with them. When we first entered the store, we were both enamored by the store's clean and sohpisticated aesthetic -- in contrast with others that we've found to be a bit overly glitzy and/or visually crowded. We also appreciated Minnie and Stanley's down-to-earth demeanors. They were very informative and presented us a wide range of options, context, and without any sales pressure. It was such a refreshing experience, and we both learned so much along the way! Minnie and Stanley were professional, honest, and wonderful communicators throughout the entire process. Most importantly, my wife was very happy with the ring she chose. They're the only jewelers we'll recommend to our friends now -- I'm happy to share that one also recently purchased his engagement ring through them, and they were thrilled with their experience, too.

I can count the number of times I have actually taken the time to write a review on someone, even though so many businesses deserve it, i'm just not a yelper.. but Minnie and Stan deserve it after literally 17 years of amazing customer service.. We have been through engagement ring design, wedding band for me, 3 wedding bands for my husband (with exceptional customer service for Titanium ring not withstanding rough use), a second wedding band to complete my set, and an upgrade for our 15 year wedding anniversary! They even created a necklace charm by welding in my original wedding center stone to a 3 diamond pendant charm I already had. Now I have my original stone to keep with me all the time and my husband was happy we got to keep the sentimental selection he first made at the time of our engagement. AND, they even understand how important it was for my husband to keep the original setting he designed and they figured out a way to accommodate a larger center stone and preserve the setting design so my husband was very happy! Anytime day or night, Minnie is so super responsive, always going out of her way to accommodate my schedule, and always making sure they both meet our expectations. They really are in the business to give the customer what they want, not overcharge, educate you properly on what you are getting and help you get the most bang for your buck! They have never once asked us to write a review, because they are not doing this for the reviews.. they do it because they sincerely love what they do, and the customer satisfaction in each interaction is enough for them. Hands down.. we will continue to stay with them, forever!

I went to see Minnie and Stan to restyle my engagement ring and chose a style I wouldn't normally. They were so patient and let me try on just about everything. I felt so comforted knowing my ring was in good hands. The ring came out stunning and more beautiful than I could have imagined! Thank you MIST!!!

My friend recommended Mist to me and my fiancé and I'm so glad we went to check it out!! Stan and Minnie are so wonderful and helpful. They are really interested in you as a person and what you want. I never felt pressure at all from them, just sincerity. They're flexible and patient, and I really looked forward to coming into their store to chat and experience their service. Their knowledge is also spectacular (Minnie's family is also in the jewelry business). GET THEIR JEWELRY CLEANER, it smells wonderful and has been keeping my ring shiny and new looking (it comes with a small brush too). I will definitely be recommending Mist to anyone in the Bay Area shopping around for rings. While I didn't have a ring customized (aside from the cute engraving), I did see some of the custom designs they had done for their customers and their attention to detail is AMAZING. Love them!!!! Excuse my dry hands in the photos. I wanted a minimalist wedding band but also one that would match my engagement ring that I bought somewhere else. Minnie made it happen!

If you have any jewelry needs, Minnie and Stan are the people you must see!! I've used Mist Jewelry 3 times now: engagement ring, another daily diamond ring, and wifey's diamond earrings. I've also referred many friends here because this place treats you and make you feel like you are with family. Every encounter that my friends and I had with Minnie has been extremely pleasant, welcoming, and rewarding. We entered the shop as a customer, and we all left gaining a new friend, family, and the jewelry that we needed. I was first referred to Minnie by a close friend of mine when I was shopping for an engagement ring 3 years ago. Once I reached out to Minnie, I was immediately met with enthusiasm and passion for the jewelry business and she basically treated me like family. She has tremendous amount of knowledge about the different kind of diamonds and settings and was very patient as she was seeking out my needs, which I was pretty much a rookie when it comes to shopping for a ring and the world of diamonds (still am). Minnie was also very flexible in working with my budget and helped me find the exact ring that my wife wanted and within my budget. My wife gave me a lot of credit, but it was Minnie who really made it happen! Throughout my many encounters with Minnie, she was always friendly yet very professional. She would answer my countless questions and requests to see different pictures of the product, especially during COVID. Yes, it's very safe and she even does curbside drop off! She would even put earrings and necklaces on her to help me visualize what it would look like. The patience that she has and the attention to detail to ensure I'm satisfied is second to none. She is also never pushy to try to make a sale and would always give me all the time and space I need until I'm ready to make a purchase. I don't always experience this with other retawhen buying big items. Anywho, for big or small jewelry needs, you will be VERY HAPPY working with Minnie and Stan at Mist Jewery!

I have been going to Minnie and Stan for over 12 years now. We bought our wedding rings from them in 2008. We just upgraded our wedding bands for our 10 year wedding anny. We had both of our rings custom designed and made. We sent them pictures and input of what we wanted and they turned around and gave us our awesome rings! We did this all in the thick of COVID. It was easy and safe. Here are the reasons we go to Mist: honest, great work, easy to communicate, clean showroom, great prices, good people, true professional in their field and very knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to come check them out. It will be worth it.
