I only come here because it’s close to my apartment and previous tenants gave me their money card so I would not have to buy a new one but I may start just bringing my laundry to my mom and dad’s house instead. I’ve lived here for 3 months and I have never seen anybody working here and none of the broken machines have ever been fixed during this time. 7/15 washers are broken and 4/12 dryers are broken. They have signs everywhere that say “#$@& Happens!”
I don’t know I feel like if you are going to be charging people $10-$15 to get their basic needs done like doing laundry, FIX YOUR MACHINES! Photo is of two machines that have been sitting full of gross dirty water for weeks.

The dryers do not heat at all. They leave your clothes, moist no matter how long you keep them in the dryer not enough to kill bacteria or any bugs or any of that from the previous person drying their clothes ! Don’t forget to open and close the door to the dryer so that you don’t end up using most of your credit ! This is about the 10th time here and constantly my clothes are never fully warm dry

50% of machines out of order
Dryers have the tendency to eat money, or charge 1.75/10 minutes. Rather than the 30 minutes expected.

This place used to be well managed and maintained, but my latest visit, nearly half the machines are out-of-order. May need to take my business elsewhere if things don't improve.

Never once been here without well over half the machines out of order. Worst part? About half the time they break when your stuff is in them, leaving you with a soaking wet pile of clothes and no good way to transport them to another machine. This place has ruined my day more than once, I won’t be returning.

Edit 12/12/23: Machines seem to be out of order more frequently. Last two trips have both been a disaster with dryers eating money and washers being unavailable due to mechanical error. Will no longer be frequenting this laundromat, despite it being the most convenient.***It’s…fine. Half the washers are out of order, but there’s always a few available as long as it’s not peak hours. Sometimes the machines eat your $, but it’s infrequent enough to not be a huge issue.The biggest frustration is just how long it takes their payment processing machines to refill your card. Screen after screen take an eternity to cycle through, and half the time your payment doesn’t go through, so you end up spending 5 agonizing minutes waiting for it to process. Awful experience, but it’s not like we’re flush with options.Good wine bars and pizza on the same block, as well as ice cream. Makes it more bearable.

Don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews but this place will drain you of your money with the constant broken washers/dryers. Take your laundry elsewhere even if this is the closest option. Half the time more than half of them are already out of order and if the other ones aren’t out of order they certainly don’t wash or dry properly and it doesn’t matter the load size of laundry. Constantly soaking wet clothes and then dryers that’ll barely dry.

Not even joking I did my laundry here and I found an extra sock in my laundry.Anyways bring cash and be prepared to buy a laundry card for 10 dollars, everything else is pretty standard

The worst laundromat I've ever experienced in my entire life. They make you purchase a money card to be able to use the machines. Apparently, the cost is $10, but you only get $5 in credit for that purchase. Huh?? Having to pay extra just to do your laundry there?? Like a cover charge for a laundromat. Whoever heard of something so completely ridiculous. Did NOT do my laundry here after figuring out what scam this place is. Want more proof? It's 10:30 a.m. on a Thursday morning, and this place has zero customers. Don't even bother setting foot in this Twilight Zone of a laundromat

I wanted to do my laundry here yesterday, but the machine that takes credit cards would not dispense a card. I noticed a bunch of machines were also out of order.

A bit expensive for 3.75 small wash 6.50 med and 9 for large half the washing machines 7 of them were out of order and maybe 15 machines total the ones that worked did a good job Snd although the facility was clean and nice the lint traps in the dryer were filthy like no one ever changed them they are $1.75 for 30 min and did a good job the parking is difficult because of the trolly tracks so no place to park or pull over but the main reason for the low review they state they are coin laundry so I got quarters upon arriving you have to put $ in there card WHICH COSTS $10 For the card itself and they only have 2 locations as a visitor in the neighborhood seems like a rip off to me!!! And I ended up having 3.75 left on my card I will never use again great neighborhood though

3/4 of washing machines are out of order. 1/2 of the dryers are out of order but some don't have out of order signs on them so you get the additional benefit of loading all your wet clothes into them, lose your money and then try another one that may or may not work. Lost over $10 on that game....will not be back to this abomination of an establishment. It should burn itself down as a service to the community.

Half the machines are out of order and are notorious for double charging. There is also never attendants there if there is an issue.

Seems like a nice clean place but I couldn’t get the machine to issue me a reloadable card and that’s the only way to pay. I tried everything. Eventually had to leave and go to the next closest laundromat. Also, there were more “out of order” machines than working ones. There was no one in there when I went… probably because there’s no way to get the machines to work!
