more than half the machines don't work, and are not marked as not working. waste of time and money only to find out the machine doesn't work after cycle is finished

The deposit system on the card is weird but it's fair. Don't sweat the deposit on the card, it's fully refundable and they'll even credit you leftover balance. Just call and ask for Connie, she's great.

You need to buy a card for $10 THEN add more money to it ie $10 minimum. So $20 to do $10 worth of laundry. Thank you for charging us for plastic. Came when workers were mopping down the floors and wiping the counters so A for cleanliness but total ripoff for the services.

We opened our first textile maintenance facility in 1994 at our Russian Hill location. We saw a need for a clean, well lighted, friendly laundrymat. After 14 years, two kids, some gray hair & a lot of loads of laundry, we decided that the Marina deserved a nice laundrymat too, so check out our second location at Chestnut & Divisadero.
Even if you have your own laundry machines at home, we have four 40 LB. "Big Boys" that can wash your large bedding items, sleeping bags, rugs, etc. Once you use any of our machines, you might get spoiled because they are awesome. We can't get over how clean clothes get & how fast they dry in our large dryers. You won't have to wait for a machine either. There are plenty to go around.
