Take a look at what they did to my friends hair when she asked for a dark brown gloss- they permanently dyed it black and let her walk out with dye stains on her forehead. The colorist told her to "use makeup remover wipes to try to get the color off her forehead"...
She called the front desk for a refund and they insisted the work was well done, even as they looked at the photos. They said you can come back in if you want it fixed.
PLEASE look at these photos- if you have eyes, you can tell that this is incredibly bad work. Would you trust going back in when they let you leave like this?

REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!
My friend who has beautiful brown chestnut hair asked for a gloss and they DYED her hair BLACK. Absolutely unbelievable and not what she asked for at all. When she came home they didn’t even wash the dye from the sides of her hair.
Run away from this salon you will be thankful you never stepped foot in this terrible establishment.

Mercy is an absolutely wonder and gem of a human! I felt like I was getting a free therapy session from a wise woman on top of getting a beautiful haircut. I feel very cared for and absolutely loved my experience!

WOW my hair looks amazing. Beautiful blonde highlights and brown low lights w purple and pink woven in perfectly. Lindsey is awesome and hilarious. The time flew by. She made me feel so happy and pretty!! Ultimate self care w her.
The salon is super cute too. Fidel put some purple extensions in my hair too!!! My hair has never felt so good.

I’ve now been coming to Milvali for just under a year for extensions with Honey and as someone who has had a lifelong struggle with fine hair at hair salons, my experience with Honey at Milvali has been life changing. She is so incredibly kind and easy to talk with AND is amazing at what she does. I’ve been told in the past by other salons that my hair is too fine for pretty much anything and that I need to just accept it. At Milvali, right from the get go Honey knew exactly how to work with finer hair in a way where I’ve only ever felt empowered and my confidence has gone up so much. My hair is long and full for arguably the first time in my life. And incredibly it’s not just from the extensions adding volume - Honey cares deeply about the health of my actual hair and that has only improved as well since I’ve started coming. I would give ten stars if I could ?

Deb is by far the greatest stylist I have ever gone to! Her and her team!
I have worn various types of extensions for over 12 years and have been to many salons from Los Angeles to New York. My experience at Milvali salon remains my favorite.
I was apprehensive prior to my visit, but the entire team made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. Deb is beyond knowledgeable, she put incredible effort into making sure my hair blending perfectly. She understood my hair texture and made sure to guide me on at home care and styling. The quality of the extensions are next level. Seriously can not get over how fantastic my hair looks. Healthy, soft, and luscious!!!

I am on vacation and some pool swimming took out my toner. I was just going to re-tone it myself but my barber insisted I go to Milvali and treat myself to a professional toning. We spent a while talking about what I wanted: I DO NOT want to go darker, I DON'T want ash, I know my roots are too yellow but as long as the ends get re-toned, I don't mind that there is a band there. Long story short, I paid over $100 to be ignored, my hair is so dark and gray and now I will have to bleach wash it to get this color out... I know I wasn't able to get icey all over, but I KNOW I was able to get mostly icey because that is what I had before I went into the pool. I didn't say, "hey I trust you to make the call", I was very clear that I don't have unrealistic expectations with the roots but go as white as possible with the ends. And what's crazy is the yellow roots are so much more pronounced against this dark gray!! I am SO SO SO disappointed, I feel so ugly, I wish I had just done it myself... I feel bad leaving such a bad review but please listen to your client!! Plus I paid for shampoo and blow dry as the whole package, but my hair is still wet and we went straight into toning. Just saying...

My review is for Mercy: My niece's hair was incredibly matted. I tried to detangle it myself but after 2 attempts and a total of 4 hours, I knew it was beyond what I could do for her. I reached out to Mercy to schedule an appointment (which would be my niece's first hair appt), I explained how bad the matting was and felt embarrassed by the situation. Not only did she not judge me or my niece for the situation, she talked me thru what she would do. On the day of my nieces appointment, I was concerned that this was too big of a job and we were going to have to shave her hair off. Mercy worked her magic and saved her hair! I can't explain the appreciation I feel! My niece was like a brand new girl when we left the salon a couple hours later and still talks about how much she liked Mercy and the service she provided her, so much so, she's saving up for a blowout! I can't lie, I can't wait to schedule another appointment, just for myself!

There's only one gal I trust with my hair needs and that is the gorgeous Mercy. She listens to what your wants and needs are and always has me leaving the salon feeling like a new woman. Its always a great time with Mercy. This last time around, she saw my 9 year old niece with severe matting. She was able to tackle the task, boosted her self esteem, and told her the importance of brushing her hair. She added little pink extensions. So cute! I couldn't believe how happy my niece was when she got home and how well she has been maintaining her hair. I couldn't have done what Mercy did for our little one and I'm beyond grateful for her!
