I was referred to Mike by family and friends. He contacted me within minutes of receiving my initial email and his communication from that moment on was flawless. We discussed the need for a pre-approval letter quickly. He sent me what was needed which I provided immediately and we had pre-approval the very next day. Andrew Karcher, Loan Partner, was equally impressive. Throughout the entire process both Mike and Andrew kept me informed. When I wanted to make a change to the loan amount at the final minute, they came through getting updated docs to escrow on time. We closed in 18 days! Mike was available nights and weekends. He was a great resource to our first time home buyer; taking the time to explain in detail loan options and advising our client on how to reduce expenses to afford a larger home. He was confident in shortening loan contingencies and close of escrow when submitting offers and his team was able to close on time without issues.

Mike and I just got our first-time homebuyer into a house in Berkeley that had multiple offers. Our client was pretty set on not spending over a certain amount. I called MIke and asked him to run the numbers and figure out how we could get a higher loan amount so she could get the property of her dreams In Berkeley. Mike was great, he figured it out and she was able to write the winning bid. Mike returned my phone calls immediately and responded in a very helpful way I would highly recommend him.

Purchasing a home 3,000 miles away is certainly a daunting task but Michael Koran, Andrew Karcher, and the entire team at PRM made the entire transaction very smooth and they kept me very well informed at every step of the way. As a surprise to everyone, we were able to keep our ambitious 3-week closing schedule, (while living across the country) and this is largely thanks to Michael and his team. The swift action and prompt responses at every step of the way were next to none.Michael took the time to carefully explain to me every part of the process and even though we had a few hiccups along the way, Michael ensured that I felt heard and supported at every step of the transaction.Throughout the home-buying process there are always stressful moments, and especially in the 11th hour leading up to closing, but Michael and Andrew were always happy to take the time and they managed this interaction phenomenally.I would highly recommend Michael, Andrew and the entire PRM team to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Bay Area. I worked with Michael on a few transactions in the last twelve months (not as a borrower but as a real estate agent sharing mutual clients). I engaged in multiple three-way conversations with him and our mutual clients. I can say that my clients so far have said only good things about him to me and I also only have good things to say about Michael. He's experienced, caring, confident, friendly, thoughtful, responsive, etc. Michael is also a great listener and knows what to say and when to say it.
