Worst customer service. They need to fire the girls there, because the only reason they are in the store is to look pretty. They don't speak English, hidden costs, and lots of attitude. Seems like I'm talking to a rude street girl Instead of a professional saleswoman. The manager, I don't know his name but is arab, is the only helpful one there.. plus one of the girls is always high. It's frustrating because although this is the closest metro to my house, I always avoid it because I know I won't hey any help or acknowledgement. They need English speaking people, and friendly as well.

Very good service. The manager Mary helped me a lot with my phone. She is a very patient and kind girl. I recommend it when you go to the store. He helped me a lot with my Facebook since I hardly know anything about phones but he taught me how to use it.

Horrible dishonest store. Stay away. They lie to you, they upsell you without telling you, they include stuff you don't ask for on the bill, they don't tell you the policy. For instance, if you have a phone line with Metro PCS and get a new phone, they won't tell you the phone is not refundable nor returnable (it would be for 14 days for a new line). Some clerks speak only Spanish and very little English. So they can't explain the fine prints in English, or that they tack on the bill additional services, and they screw you over. Half of the customers in the shop are complaining about stuff. Last I was there, they were making some teenage girl cry.
