If I can give 0 stars I would. This guy did us so wrong, no one should use him. He made a huge mistake on our taxes that someone that has been in this business for so many years should not have done. His mistake caused us 5k. That has affected us so much and he had no remorse. We went to him in hopes that we don't owe, we don't care if we get a return but we just don't want to owe. Well 2 years later and we get this huge bill from the IRS in the mail. When we brought it to his attention he refused to accept his mistake and kept telling us the IRS made a mistake or that our home mortgage company didn't send them the proper paperwork. We asked and asked for him to look over his work and he just kept saying no call them first. I did that and they told us everything was correct so he finally agreed to redo his work and found his mistake that we kept telling him was his. All he offered to pay was a measly 200 dollars off a 5k bill. Now we're just hoping he didn't screw up our last years taxes as well. Speaking with our family and friends who have also used him also said he screwed up their taxes as well. So let this be a warning, don't use him. You're seriously better off using H&R Block software.

I have been getting my taxes done here for years! Gerardo and Leticia are great at explaining how the process works! It has been a great stress reliever knowing I will have my taxes done correctly and in a timely manner. I never had an issue and I highly recommend Medina's!
