Love these guys. So so knowledgeable and their beds are the absolute best, longest lasting mattresses I have ever encountered. Imo noting better to spend money on than a really good bed. The modern foam internet mattresses just CANNOT come close to McRoskey’s quality.

I am 66 and have been sleeping on a McRoskey mattress since I have been out of the crib. Even though they are more expensive, my mom insisted they were worth the price — and they are. I am replacing a 22 year old McRoskey.Clearly, it has been some time since I have been in the showroom and Roman was both patient and informative re-educating me on the various styles available and the generous exchange policy.

Chesiree was a wonderful salesperson, knowledgeable and very adept at reading the room. We did not feel pressured to buy anything, there was no feeling of "upselling" or "car salesperson". I've been dreaming of the day I was able to purchase a McRoskey mattress and I am counting the days until our new mattress is delivered. Thank you Chesiree

Outstanding quality - all of our mattresses are from McRoskey; we have been a customer for over 25 years. Most comfortable bed we have ever had.Just bought a queen mattress for a new guest room and am glad to say the service is still top notch!

i bout a king sized matteress with boxsprings and was overjoyed until I discovered that the seams that keep the top piece on- you know --(they dimple a design upon both sides of the mattress) well the threading was insufficiently done. so after about six months the top piece for a good 30% of both sides came loose. leaving two areas of no firm attachment to top piece. mcroskey replaced the mattress per their guarantee but i had to pay for delivery (including them taking away original mattress). but this second mattress had the same issues. At the time I was going through chemo and it was frankly just too much of a hassle to go through the process of returning again so I just manage. otherwise they are amazing mattresses that I highly recommend. Just be sure to check out Stitching and what not before hand carefully before purchasing.

I went in to buy a second mattress to complement the ten year old natural firm McCroskey mattresses we've enjoyed greatly. I was helped by Chesiree, who was informative and helpful without pressuring in any way. I left after 45 minutes of trying out many mattresses, with a new second mattress ordered and on the way! I look forward to coming back again.

Every night I say a little prayer of thanks that we bought a McRoskey mattress. I think we bought about 6 years ago and paid around $5500 for a Queen then. It is not inexpensive by any means, but it has turned out to be the best money we've ever spent. I rarely have insomnia anymore & I give this mattress a lot of credit. So comfortable. We ended up getting the firmest one available. Salespeople had us try them all & explained the differences. Was delivered promptly, without incident. They took our old cheap $200 mattress away. Good riddance.

Mattress repair? Never heard of such a thing, it was always "replace the thing.." However, our ten-year-old McRoskey had popped a couple of "tufts", as the indentations are called, and it was still under warranty so I contacted McRoskey. Robert and a colleague came out and repaired it, spun the mattress and the box springs and were done in about 20 minutes! They have a customer for life, highest rating for service and skills.

Last Sunday I was helped by the very efficient Chesiree who showed me the options for my choice of a firm mattress. It was very easy to find exactly what i wanted and in no time at all i chose my free gifts and signed the bill of sale. The mattress is incredibly expensive, I hope the workers are making a good salary. I appreciate the quality materials and workmanship of McRoskey products. There are so many mattress choices on the market but none of them come close to the excellence offered by McRoskey...

Cheshiree helped me with my McRoskey mattress purchase at the SF store. She was very knowledgeable about the products and gave me all the time I needed even though she was helping 2 other customers at the same time.
