For my family's health I wear an N95 in public places, and when I walked in, Sheryl looked at me, picked up a beautifully patterned KN95 from behind her desk, and put it on without comment. Is this store a portal to the year 2021?? Weeks later, I am still stunned by this seemingly small gesture. This is better care than I receive at medical appointments! I'm so grateful that Sheryl sold me excellent products that have improved my sleep but also met my access needs. I've been recommending this shop to cautious and at-risk friends. Deep appreciation!”

I loved knowing who was making my wallbed and having it be in the same city as me.In 2018 I purchased a lateral queen wallbed with accompanying cabinetry from them. Since then I unexpectedly had to move twice and it is still super solid. I don't think cheaper options from another company would have been the same story.Astrid and Abraham are always amazing to work with. During the last move I had a small snag with the size of our corridor and called them in a bit of a panic. Within five minutes they were able to walk us through disassembling the front piece to be small enough to fit.Highly recommend!”

“Oh, I love my couch!! I found this place on accident because I missed the bus and boy am I so happy that I did. I've been looking for an affordable couch that would fit into my studio for years. One that has a chaise lounge that opens for storage. Not only did they have the perfect size and color but It also opened up on the other end into more cushions for a bed. I went in a few times with all my questions, and found out they were family owned. Talked to the owner and his son and they were both so genuinely kind and accommodating. For anyone that is looking for a couch or a bed and wants to support family owned businesses, this is the place. Peace:-)”
“Thank you to Thomas for his kindness, patience, and efficient in helping me pick out a mattress, metal bed frame, and foundation. I was able to place an order to same day SF delivery, all within a few hour time frame. This is my second Casper mattress and first Casper bed frame / foundation and have been impressed with the comfort and ease of setup. The Casper headboards also easily attach to the metal frame without additional attachments / parts required. I was able to setup the metal bed frame and foundation by myself and without tools, all within 30 minutes. Hardest part was figuring out how to discard the large boxes. Thank you Thomas for your support and making the experience seamless!”

Our whole experience shopping and learning with them has continuously left us in awe. The passion and knowledge the team shares goes above and beyond expectations, and we feel lucky to have had Aldea as a resource.
Not only did we find the majority of what we were looking for, but we were even able to book a car seat installation appointment, where you are shown, and then guided to install/uninstall the seat. In all honesty, without this guidance, us doing this alone would have involved a lot of frustration, likely ending in worry as to whether we did it correctly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The guy in the San Rafael location located which two stores had the last two encasements! Everyone at all stores were very friendly and empathetic and they solved my problem!”
