My front fender had a tricky sizely dent that multiple shops told me would take $1-2K to fully fix, these guys in one hour for a tenth the cost made it look 80% better. Thank you!!

My car literally died while I was driving down the street and THANKFULLY I coasted down the road and parked right in front of Master Car Care. Ben came out to talk to me, asked about the issues I was having, and diagnosed the issue. I left my car there over night and the problem was fixed the next day. My window was also broken and they fixed that for less than what I was I quoted for at another shop. Grateful for their help during a difficult time and would absolutely recommend them. I will definitely come back in the future.

I've been taking my BMW here since the day I bought it used back in 2012. ONE Time I went to the Steelership because I wanted to have the loaner car, but it turns out that the BMW dealer on Howard has the worst service department known to man. From the days of Mario and Tony and Mike and then Ben who is just amazing, I've always been taken good care of at MCC. I don't know how they do it it seems like they have so much going on and yet they always take excellent care of my baby and send me on my way with a very fair price. I think we can all relate with the fear of taking our BMW to get repaired. These guys will even let you bring the parts in and just do labor sometimes. I don't know maybe you have to be a long time customer since most of what they do now is auto glass. I just wanted to leave another review and tell everybody what a great shop this is filled with hard-working honest mechanics who get the job done! Are you looking to be coddled? Hand held all the way through the process? Do you have 1 million questions that you want answers to? Then master car care isn't for you lol! I would say it helps tremendously if you have the ability to diagnose your repair and what is needed before you bring your car to them. Even better if you have your own parts, but rest assured you will be served best if you've done your homework ahead of time that much I can attest to. I'll post a picture after I pick her up!,

Great customer service! And very reasonable pricing for my front windshield repair. I would definitely recommend them, as they're centrally located and efficiently and concise with there work. Ask for my homie Jeff, he's good folks. Also their aquarium in the office is stunning! Relax, you're in good hands with these folks

I had my car broken into in SF for the first time. My windows were smashed and I was able to get my windows fixed the very next day by Jeff. Super quick turnaround, amazing customer service, great prices, and high-quality work. Couldn't have asked for better care after an unfortunate situation.

Sadly, owning an auto in SF probably means you need to have their contact information saved. Great prices and work on auto glass replacement. They are affiliated with a couple of other glass repair shops in the Bay Area, depending on where it's best to drop off your auto. I can't speak to other services they provide.

Master Car Care is the best! They repaired my window same day when I brought it in. I recently got into an accident as well and brought the car here again. The work they did was Flawless!
