I've been going there for years now. I don't have fancy expensive watches, like Rolexes and Omegas - I have cheap fun watches that I buy on AliBaba.
They've always treated me as well as those who spend $$$$ on watches - great friendly service, nice guys, quick work, whether it's battery replacement on a quartz watch or something more complex on a mechanical watch. Sometimes it's even been free, but don't go in saying I told you to expect that!
Basically a really nice small business which treats ALL its customers well.

I recently visited to get a minor repair on my watch, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of the issue quickly at no charge. I highly recommend this place!

I stopped by the store today with watch questions thinking something was wrong with my vintage watch.
Ben told me all about my watch and showed me how to properly use the watch. Turns out it was working fine I just didn't know how to use it properly. Ben was incredibly kind and obviously very experienced in the watch business.
I will come to this store with any watch needs in the future no doubt.

I brought them a 14 year old Sinn watch for servicing that was quite broken which they brought it back to life and it's currently running +-1 spd in all positions.
Also a shoutout to Ben for making the whole shop a friendly and welcoming place where you want to stick around and chat.

Ben helped me with 2 watches from the 90's my mom gave me, a Seiko and an Omega. He quickly replaced the battery in the Seiko. He took time to carefully resize the Omega for me and thoroughly worked on fixing the watch since it wouldn't start working with just a battery replacement. He was so kind and helpful! When I want to replace the movement on my Omega I'll definitely be back here. Thanks Ben!
