The staff there have very bad attidutde and arrogant. Their work are lagging, has low quality, and ridiculous expensive. My tax return from them has several errors, and I have to point out multiple time for them to correct it. When you ask them a tax question, you will never expect an accurate or surely answer. The answer was always blury or even wrong. It makes me feel really bad when talking to them. This is definitely the WORSE tax services I've had.
