Nikki was such a sweetheart and she made my shopping experience amazing! My husband and I stopped in before going to see a movie and not only did she show us around the store to help me find what I was looking for, she made it so that I want to return just for her every time I’m in the area with how great the customer service was. Thank you Nikki for everything, this will for sure be a stop every time we visit the mall!

I love lush. Their products are amazing and really well priced. The staff are so nice and sometimes give you samples of the things that they have on stock and it's one of my happy places because I can go whenever it's really cozy and they always change their products

I hadn’t been to Lush in a very very long time and JoJo was truly amazing, offering insightful guidance on the perfect products for my skin. Even though I took forever and had soooo many questions, his patience and expertise shone through, making him the ultimate standout! Thank you!

While I do love the products at lush and the workers are almost always very friendly, I prefer to shop online now rather than go in store. As someone with several years of retail experience, I know how much these companies push their employees to get more sales to reach certain short term financial targets and maintain customer acquisition. On Lush’s part as a large company, I hope that their aggressive sales tactics pushed onto their employees gets a refresh. If I am browsing and have declined multiple offers for help, I would hope that the company pushes for the customers comfortability over an extra sale. I enjoy testing the new products and checking out old favorites but find the overbearing nature pushes me and other customers away.

This is their ARCHIVE store,you'll find things here that were discontinued 🥰. The lady behind the counter really loves her job, played a game at the register for a free prize sample. I walked away with a lemongrass bath bomb and magnesium bomb (as usual), but also couldn't stop smelling the Lakes bath bomb 🫠 so I took that too, a milk bath bubble bar, and a beauty glitter bar. The milk bath bubble bar is fantastic and lasts several baths. The sample body wash was divine 🫠 and I plan to check out more body washes next time. Have yet to use the lakes☺️.

I LOVE this Lush location! The past few times I’ve gone to Stonestown I’ve stopped in to look for the latest collabs and Robert is always a huge help. My son has autism and loves bath bombs and Robert walked him through a demo with so much kindness and patience! Plus my sister and I wanted to see the HTTYD collection and he showed us all the products and we had a great chat. Thanks!!

Carly & Niki ( I really hope I spelt that right!!!! ) are so sweet and funny. I always stop by this store on my way back from the airport as I don't live in San Francisco. A gorgeous store, always clean and stocked!

Had a lovely experience here! It was my first time in person at a Lush store, and one of the employees, Lotus, was so kind! I asked if they had any favorite products, and they walked me and my partner through all of the products they use for their haircare routine! They asked what I wanted to work on with my own hair and recommended me some products, and had us smell the lovely potions. I walked out with a new shampoo bar, and my partner with a new leave-in conditioner, and both smell and feel divine!

Poor service . They don’t have a paper bag, they don’t put a tape on it when they wrap up your bar, they even refuse to provide a physical receipt even though I asked for it! The reason is ridiculous, they said they don’t have paper!?? Even though there are more customers coming in today, they shouldn’t behave like this. They literally lied to my face! Hard to believe they run out of everything which are the basics for running a store at early in the morning when this store has merely opened in less than an hour!

CARLY IS AWESOME!! she shared the bad news with me that i missed out on the limited super milk perfume but made my day with a close match! and samples of non gourmand soap scents for me to try! cant help but leave lush happy if she’s there, i feel.

I went to the store to buy some Christmas gifts for my friends. Despite the limited information I could provide, Lotus gave me some great recommendations and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. I ended up buying gifts I think my friends will love. Lotus is very professional and has extensive knowledge about the products. Thank you, Lotus!

Lush can be a big sensory overload sometimes but it is always really fun to just go HAM on testing everything out. Maya in particular was such a sweetheart- she managed to be attentive and nice and definitely mirrored my pace in the store, which was lovely. So shoutout to her!
